Avery's POV

I was heading to my best friend Charlie's house for Christmas break. We had known each other since Hogwarts but got really close when we started working at the dragon sanctuary together. I had never meant his family only his older brother Bill when he came by once. Bill was older than both of us but I always thought he was quite good looking. Charlie is sure that he likes me and said he would try to get us together soon. I love Charlie I do but sometimes I really want to crucio him.

 as we walked into the burrow I could only hope that he was not in the room at the time. I was wrong he was the first person I saw, and by saw I meant walked into. Why did I always have to embarrass myself in the first few seconds of being by my crush. I may be a sweet hufflepuff but I have the mouth of a sailor and can be tough and rude.

" Ah shit I'm so sorry Bill ." I say as I'm helping myself off the ground.

Bill reaches and hand down to me and I take it." Don't be sorry Avery I'm sorry I should have watched where I was going." Bill tells me as I'm now level with him. He keeps my hand in his and looks at it." What the hell happened to your hand is it okay? are you okay?" He asks calmly but I can hear the worry laced in his voice.

 I look down to the burn Charlie's dragon gave me an hour ago. " Oh damn I forgot about that sorry. Charlie's dragon burned my hand but it's fine I'll survive not the first and wont be that last burn." I say with a slight laugh until I see Bill glaring at charlie.

" Oh no come to my room lets get that fixed up. I will talk to you about that dragon later Charlie." Bill says while pulling my uninjured hand up the stairs.

It goes noticed by both me and Bill the suggestive smirk Charlie gives Bill. It goes unnoticed by me and Charlie the red that appears on Bill's face. Me and Bill make it upstairs and into his room. What alarms me the most is when he shuts that door and points to his bed. I stay by the door dumbly. Bill realizes what I think and is quick to correct himself turning more red by the second.

" No that came out so wrong I'm so sorry. Can you sit on my bed or Charlie's if you need to. Its just easier if you're sitting so I can put the bandages on your hand. or you can stand it you want." He looks at me with an expression I can not comprehend then I realize he is scared for my reaction.

" Its fine Bill I understand what you wanted." I say awkwardly then I head to his bed and sit.( I just edited to Bill I wrote Charlie I'm a dumbass sorry to anyone who read this and was confused)

Bill come back over and sits down beside me. He holds out his hand and I put mine in his. He turns a little red and I'm sure I did too. He slowly wraps the bandage around my hand over and over again until he runs out of the bandage and my hand is fully covered. But what happens next is no shock. I don't take my hand out of his and he doesn't let go of my hand. He looks up to me his eyes flickering down to my lips mine to his. He slowly leans in and so do I .But I stop because of the sight out the window.

" Bill stops there is fire everywhere.." i put my hand on his cheek and turned his head.

" Oh shit " He grabs my hand and runs down the stairs.

From the front we can see Bellatrix laughing and taunting Harry she runs away and he follows with Ginny close behind. I go to follow but strong arms wrap around my waist. Bill. In his eyes are fear. Fear for Harry but most likely for his sister. I stay in his arms slowly rubbing the sides of his arms hoping to comfort him. When Ginny and Harry get back Bill gets more relaxed and happy again. We figure out how to fix the house and we all go back in. I collapsed on the sofa Bill close behind me. He looked me in the eye his eyes trailing back down to my lips. I lean over to him and curl up in his arms. As I'm falling asleep I hear him whisper something to Charlie who was on the other sofa.

" If only she knew how much I love her." 

as I'm falling asleep I have one thought and one thought only if only he knew how much I loved him

ok so that sucked but I'm hungry and sleep deprived as always so don't blame me. I am so sorry its been so long since I updated this I honestly forgot. I feel like the bill one much like the Charlie one could use another part to truly end it I might do that once I finish all the other ones. if you like this go read my other stories you might like them too. ok bye for now
