Meeting Donita

The call Dabio had confirmed it, Donita did something to the brothers. Aviva was pacing around, trying to figure out what to do. "Come on Aviva think! What do I do?!"

The rest of the crew and shifters watch her pace around as they also try to figure out what she did to them. "Love your guess Mario, but only Hawkmoth can akumatize them, so that's off the table." Koki says, using her computer to try and track the brothers down.

Mario had another guess, but he didn't like it, especially since he's been through it before. Nevertheless, he still suggested it. "If the Kratt brothers have a corrupted aura, does that mean.....They've been turned into Corrupterrors?"

Ventus, Luigi and Paulanci looked at him in sympathy, knowing that being a Corrupterror was a nightmare to him. But since they're not in this dimension, Aviva stopped pacing and asked confused, "What's a Corrupterror?"

Seeing Mario didn't want to talk about it further, Luigi continued for him. "They're servers of a dark, hungry light eater that once came in our world, teamed up with bowser, and almost destroyed my land. My brother......Once was corrupted by Nezcroma's blood before and I thought I lost him. But when he came back as a deathgripper, and thanks to Ventus's abilities," Luigi wraps his arm around his loves shoulders, "He was able to go back to human form."

Luigi patted Mario on the back in comfort, knowing Mario hated going through that, and got a soft smile back. "I'm not sure if a Corrupterror did something, but by all the kings and queens that have gone before my friend, I hope this isn't the case." Paulanci said, remembering what happened years ago.

Aviva nods in understanding, hoping that's not the case either. She looked more into the tracker, when something picked up. "Guys look!"

They all look at the tracker, and see Martin and Chris's pawprints, blinking on the far side of the amazon. Wait, are they in the sky? "They must've turned into parrots. We've gotta hurry!" Ventus says, as everyone agreed. They left the Tortuga and follow the tracker, hoping to find the brothers.

....

They ran towards where they saw the brothers and saw Donita's jet land where the brothers tracker said the bros were. They immediately knew what happened. "Donita has them?!" Mario asked, having heard stories about her from Ventus.

"Probably using them for mannequins, that's all I'm guessing." Paulanci says, rolling her eyes at Donitas antics, remembering the time she put Martin in that ugly outfit. (Y'all know what I'm talking about)

But Ventus was more suspicious. Donita used beams to control them, but they never resulted into a corrupted aura. "Either way, we need to get them back. Let's go!"

They quickly went to the still closed jet and Paulanci did what she always did at closed doors of villains, angrily bangs on the door and demanding they let go to whoever is in there with them. "Hey! Donita! We know you have Martin and Chris, let them out!!"

Everyone sighs in annoyance as she does this. It barely goes anywhere. Luigi steps up and says, "Paulanci, we've told you this before, this never work"-

The hatch to the jet suddenly opens right before he finishes, almost squashing the duo, but Paulanci pushes them both to the ground before that happened. Paulanci gave him a snarly look, "You were saying?" Luigi gives her an annoyed one back before smiling, helping her up. He was used to it at this point.

They look at the hatch and saw them and they all gasped in horror. Martin and Chris, or more, Martineo and Chrisangelo, were at the door, looking at them with confused yet obedient eyes. "What's your business here?" Chrisangelo asks, tilting his head, were these new customers for Madam Donita?

They all stared at the brothers, seeing the pink around their eyes and the clothes they were wearing. They all suddenly figured out what happened, and said at the same time, "Donita's controlling them?!" "They're wearing pants?!" Well, everyone except Paulanci. The Crew all look at Paulanci with questioning and unamused eyes. "What?"

"Really? That's your concern?" Mario asks, Paulanci quick to defend herself. "They never wear pants! They wear shorts and when they're forced to wear pants-Oh just forget about it!"

The controlled brothers tilt their heads in confusion not recognizing their friends. Donita comes out, wondering who they were talking too, but her smile turns into a scowl when she saw the crew and shifters. "Madam Donita, are these your new customers?" Chrisangelo asks, getting a couple of gasps from the crew. Madam Donita?

Donita held their shoulders as she spoke in a snarky voice. "Darlings, these are the nuisances I told you about." The brothers immediately stood their ground when they heard that. Donita said another thing, "And remember what I told you, changelings are liars."

The shifters stared at her and them in shock and disbelief, Paulanci doing a long gasp, (The one from TAWOG the storm) "How DARE you Ma'am! We're not all liars! That is a harmful and awful stereotype!" She said, arms crossed in agitation.

"Yeah! The only liar of us is probably Mario!" Ventus says, Mario looking at her offended, making a "Hey!"

Donita rolled her eyes at that, before giving her order. "Brothers, go and get me some animals, I have a fashion show this week."

"Yes Madam Donita." They say together, before using Chris's souvenir collection to use, "Paragon Falcon power!" They transformed and before anyone could stop them, they flew off, to collect any animal they saw as perfect for Donita.

The crew and shifters stare in shock as Donita says, "Oh well, they're mine now! So have your animal fun, cause I have some outfits to make!" She then closes her jet door and quickly flies off, the still stunned crew looking in shock and horror.

They stood there for a long while, unable to process anything they have just seen. Then, Mario said one thing that didn't help the situation calm at all, but that wasn't his goal. "Yeah.....We're screwed."
