Today was your birthday! Happy birthday! So what is better than to celebrate with your family, right!?

Right?

Okay. . .you're a foster child, and from almost a year ago, you had no family. You used to, but. . .unfortunately, your horrible, toxic family threw you away, all because you came out to them, and it was already clear that they weren't supportive and gave up all rights to you.

For contents, your family is very religious, but you knew from a very young age that you were attracted to females, and you knew deep down that age has nothing to do with your sexuality, and you were born like this.

However, when you came out to your family when you were 14 years old, hoping that they would still love you because they were STILL your family. Your family did not take it too well. They order and command you to "change your ways," "Go see a doctor," or "get kicked out of the family," but before you could choose, they chose for you, your parents signed up all rights to you without your say into the matter and sent you off to the system.

You were both happy and upset, and you were happy that you did not have to change who you are just because of your parents' beliefs, but you were very sad because of how your parents just sign you up and sent you away to the system all because you were attracted to the same sex as you. But not to worry, because you were placed into a very nice and accepting foster home.

You had one foster parent, George Huang, a psychiatrist and an FBI agent, who is also gay. He immediately became like a loving, calm, and very supportive father to you, and the both of you grew a father-daughter relationship already. Since your old parents homeschooled you ever since you could remember, your foster dad decided to enroll you in a public school.

You were happy that you were now enrolled in public school, but of course, you were very nervous, so Huang made sure to help you by taking it one step at a time. After getting used to getting to know new people and making some friends while also being really good at school, learning how school works, and what rules to follow and not to break, there's also times where it can be too much for you to handle, but Huang would always be there if you need to talk or need someone to listen.

Overall, you were very happy to have him in your life.

Anyways, back to your birthday, there was no school on your birthday, in fact, there was no school for the entire week, so how lucky! Today was going to be a fun one since it's your 15th birthday and your first ever birthday with your foster father, after waking up and brushing your teeth, you walked down the stairs where you smell fresh breakfast coming from the kitchen.
