After she had finished practicing her dance, Bridget was brushing her hair doing her makeup, and getting her outfit ready for the day. She had put her hair in a ponytail and had two strands of hair framing her face (with red accessories ofc). She was wearing a short puffy dress with red accents and red heels.
The phone started ringing. Bridget walked over picked up the phone and put it to her ear. "Hello?"
On the other end her sister, Marina's vibrant voice rang through. "Hello Bridget, it's lovely hearing your voice and talking to you as always, but... this call comes with bad news." Her voice saddened.
Bridges heart dropped in her chest "Oh, well what is it?"
"Father's visiting wonderland in a month and wants you to come back during that time. but, he's leaving the next day!" Marina's voice became more enthusiastic but Bridget stayed silent. "I'm sorry, B I know you hate seeing him." her voice died down hearing Bridgets silence.
"I wouldn't have told you so soon, I had just found out today; but Roxanne wanted you to mentally prepare yourself."
Bridget took a deep breath "It's okay. bye, love you!" Bridget slammed the phone down before she could respond.

All the bad memories came flowing back into her mind.
There was a knock on the door causing Bridget to jump slightly, She hadn't been expecting anyone.
She quickly wiped her eyes and went to answer the door. She opened the door and saw Ella standing in the doorway.
"Hey Bridget!" Ella noticed Bridgets red eyes and fake smile almost instantly. "Bridget what happened?" She grabbed Bridget's hands.
"Nothing, Family issues. What is it?"
"Oh, I just wanted to know if you wanted to look at dresses later today?" Ella tilted her head, a smile spreading across her face.
"Yeah! Of course but my sister and my cousin are coming here to help me, is that ok? They're not judgy at all!" Bridget waved her hands in the air.
"Yeah totally." Ella smiled "let's go."
"Ok, let me grab my bag" Bridget ran back into her dorm and grabbed her bag before she ran back out looping her arm with Ella's.

Bridget in Ella sat on a small bench Outside talking
Bridget had completely zoned out staring into space and had not one thought in her mind.
"Bridget?" Ella gripped her shoulder pulling her out of whatever world she was in. "Are you sure you're okay? You've been zoning out and like- crying." Ella scrunched her eyebrows.
Bridget smiled at Ella "I'm fine just thinking, you know what, Ella I'm gonna head back to my dorm and lay down" before ella could argue Bridget ran to her dorm.
