Y/N's heart raced as she stared at the woman leaning against her doorframe, the smug expression on her face sending a shiver down her spine. There was something unsettling about her presence, something that suggested she knew more than she let on.

"What do you want?" Y/N asked, her voice shaking but determined. "You have no right to be here."

The woman straightened, stepping closer with an air of confidence that unnerved Y/N. "Oh, but I do. You see, Jungkook may think he's protecting you, but he's only pushing you further into danger. You have no idea what you're really involved in, do you?"

Y/N took a step back, closing the door slightly behind her as if to create a barrier between them. "I don't know what you're talking about. I'm just trying to understand why my husband has been treating me like I'm invisible."

The woman laughed lightly, the sound both enchanting and mocking. "Invisible? Hardly. Jungkook is very aware of you, Y/N. But you have to understand, love doesn't conquer all in his world. In fact, it can be a liability."

"What do you mean?" Y/N pressed, desperation creeping into her voice. She wanted answers, but the woman's cryptic remarks only left her more confused.

"Jungkook has enemies, powerful ones. If he thinks you're weak, it could put you both in jeopardy. So he does what he thinks is best: he hardens his heart, creates distance. It's a strategy," she said, crossing her arms as if discussing a game of chess.

"But it's destroying us," Y/N countered, her frustration spilling over. "He's hurting me, and I don't understand why he can't see that."

The woman's eyes narrowed, a flicker of something darker crossing her features. "You think love will make him stronger? You're wrong. Love makes people vulnerable. Jungkook doesn't have the luxury of vulnerability."

Y/N swallowed hard, the weight of the woman's words sinking in. "You're not helping. Why are you even telling me this?"

"I'm here to offer you a choice," she said, her voice suddenly serious. "You can either walk away now and protect yourself, or you can stay and face whatever storm is coming. And trust me, it won't be pretty."

"Why do you care?" Y/N shot back, trying to regain her composure. "You're the one who came in here acting like I'm some kind of nuisance to him."

The woman chuckled, her smile unfurling with an almost predatory glint. "I don't care about you. But I do care about Jungkook. He's too good at this game to fall for someone who can't handle the consequences."

The mention of Jungkook's name made Y/N's heart ache. Did this woman genuinely care for him? Or was she just another pawn in this twisted game?

"I won't let you manipulate me," Y/N declared, though the tremor in her voice betrayed her. "I'm not going anywhere."

The woman tilted her head, her expression contemplative. "Very well, but know this: every choice has its price. If you choose to stay, you might lose more than you bargained for."

With that, she turned and strode away, leaving Y/N standing in the doorway, her heart pounding in her chest. What had she just walked into? What kind of world was she in?

Y/N spent the rest of the night tossing and turning in her bed, the woman's words echoing in her mind like a warning bell. The silence in the house felt heavy, oppressive, and the sense of impending doom clung to her like a second skin.

When morning finally broke, sunlight streamed through her window, casting a warm glow across the room. Y/N dragged herself out of bed, her thoughts a chaotic whirl of uncertainty. She needed to confront Jungkook. They couldn't keep living like this, shrouded in secrets and misunderstandings.
