Dahlia stared at Soundwave as the decepticon has yet to make any more to try and grab her. She didn't even know if that is what he would do, but he staring down at her with no movement. It made Dahlia very unsettled, especially since she had already been alarmed and upset by the fact she felt strange before. She was fearful that Ratchet would need to take a lot at her body medically to find out what might be wrong. She also hoped that when they would go to the lab that there would not be any kind of answer there, but there could be, and that worried her. But not as much as Soundwave was right now.

What is he waiting for?

Maybe he is waiting us to move first, Beast. This has to be a bluff.

Good thing we are masters at bluffing!

Yes, we are. But I think we shouldn't underestimate Soundwave. He will definitely know if we are bluffing, which is why he is probably bluffing us.

So this is a stand-off. We shall win this staring contest.

Don't be silly. He will do something and...

Dahlia flinched and growled as Soundwave leaned down suddenly, and images began to show up on his visor. Dahlia didn't know what he was showing, as on the screen he was showing her a DNA stand, blood cells and words that she did not understand. She narrowed her eyes as she knew her lack of knowledge in science and being unable to read meant she wouldn't understand what he was doing.

"If you are expecting us to know whatever all that means, just understood that we cannot read and have very minimal understand of this world. But if all that is something you've learned from the blood you stole from us, you are going to have to speak up." Soundwave leaned back as he seemed to accept Dahlia's response, though he also seemed annoyed. "That is, if you can speak. Or you just like not having a voice. However, I do not know why..."

Dahlia jumped as Soundwave finally lunged tentacles towards her, and Dahlia was quick to run aside to avoid them, but Soundwave turned his body and Dahlia narrowed her eyes as she saw Soundwave had held the tentacles back and he was watching intently before the tentacles lunge towards her again with the claws open and ready to grab her.

Dahlia jumped to avoid them again and she was about to run so she could follow Optimus's tyre tracks to find him, when Soundwave grabbed her with one of the tentacles. Dahlia growled as she immediately slashed her claws at his tentacles. The tip of her claws glide through the small gap of the tentacle, snagging several lines and yanking upward as she cut them and caused the claw around her to open as the ability to control it was lost.

Dahlia landed on her feet when she fell and she looked at Soundwave as he looked at the tentacles before attempting to grab her again with the second tentacle, though Dahlia immediately raised her hands to strike it. Soundwave used that distraction to grab her with his right hand, making her shriek as he wrapped his fingers around her tightly, holding her arms in his fingers and preventing her from swiping her claws at him again.

She glared at his face and Soundwave seemed like he was about to transform as she opened her mouth and spat venom from her fangs at the visor. Soundwave stumbled back in surprise as the think, black venom blinded him and he was forced to drop Dahlia to try and wipe the venom from his visor, but he quickly found it was not so easy, due to the thickness of the liquid and it stuck to the glass and metal like glue, which caused Soundwave smear it rather than rub it away.

Good idea with the venom, now he's temporarily blinded.

Fool! We should take advantage!

No, no...we can't. He is...

Dahlia shrieked as several more tentacles lunged at her and she quickly ran to the right side, and the tentacles followed. She didn't know if Soundwave could somehow see her, but it seemed her still knew where she was and she felt her own anger and frustration rising as Soundwave was not giving up. Though she didn't know why he didn't just open a ground bridge to send her to the warship before.
