As we walk the red carpet, I can feel the cameras flashing. Jenna nudges me with a grin. "Let's show them how it's done!"

We pose, laugh, and wave to the crowd, comfortable in our element. It's always a mix of nerves and adrenaline, but with Jenna here, I feel more at ease.

"Jenna! Gabriella!" fans shout, and I can't help but smile as I wave back.

"Over here!" someone calls, trying to get the attention of a couple of actors down the carpet who are posing together. They smile and blow kisses to the crowd, soaking in the love.

"Gorgeous dress, Jenna!" another fan yells.

As we make our way further down the carpet, the crowd's energy starts to shift. A loud cheer erupts from behind us.

"I think the cast of Monsters is here!" Jenna exclaims, her eyes lighting up.

As we watch the chaos unfold around the cast, I can't help but whisper to Jenna, "That one is kinda cute." I glance at her, but she seems distracted by the excitement.

"Sorry, what?" she asks, leaning closer to catch my words.

"That one!" I shout a little louder, pointing at Nicholas as he poses for a photo, his smile brightening the atmosphere.

"Oh, him! Gabby!" Jenna laughs, clearly amused.

"He is?!" I reply, trying to play it cool, but my cheeks feel warm.

"Sure. You've got good taste!" she teases, nudging me playfully. "I think he's definitely your type."

I can't help but smile at her reaction. "I mean, look at him! He's charming," I say, a little more confident now that she's laughing.

Jenna just shakes her head, still giggling as she watches Nicholas interact with fans. "You should totally go say hi if you get the chance!"

"Yeah, right," I chuckle, but a part of me is intrigued by the idea. The thought of actually talking to him sends a thrill through me, and I can't shake off the fluttering feeling in my stomach as I continue to watch him.

We have been just sitting down. Just then, I hear a voice nearby, and I glance over to see a familiar face walking in our direction. It's Cooper—at least, I think that's his name, based on the invitation we received.

"Look at you two beauties! You look like you're having fun!" Cooper said, a playful smirk on his face as he strolled over to us.

"Just taking it all in," I smiled, taking a sip of my drink and glancing at the dance floor, where the crowd was swaying to the rhythm.

Cooper leaned casually against the table. "You should get up and join them! It's a celebration after all."

Jenna raised an eyebrow. "You think we should?"

"Absolutely! You don't want to miss out on all the fun. Plus, you never know who you might bump into!" he teased.

I exchanged a glance with Jenna, feeling a little shy about the idea of dancing in front of everyone. "Maybe after another drink?" I joked.

Cooper laughed. "Fair enough! Just remember to have fun tonight."

As he wandered off to chat with someone else, I turned back to Jenna, the energy of the party surrounding us. "Should we dance?" I asked, feeling a mix of nerves and excitement.

"Definitely! Let's go!" she said, her eyes sparkling as she stood up, pulling me along with her. The night was just getting started!

a/n: this kinda sucked..! and short. also i probably won't be writing like that in the rest of the story. 🌚🤦‍♀️ only because since it's like this. i wanna make it seem like my 2022 self. 🫡 — which was like my two stories. the carl gallagher one and my mason thames one.. which unfortunately sucked! but were written poorly. 😭
