I haven't had a clean break in a while. Between my mother's death, my father's drinking issue, and the fact that I was bitten by a werewolf three months ago, I wouldn't exactly call my life a paradise. There's only one person who I've confided in, and he's not even around anymore. It's not that I could even confide in him much more even if I wanted to, because child friendships are just that--childish. But none the less, I knew his secret, his secret about being a born werewolf. I was lost, I just needed someone to guide me. So I've set out to Beacon Hills.
I don't know what I'm out here searching for, to be honest. Who knows if he's even here anymore? I for one wouldn't have stayed in the same town where my entire family was killed. But I have to try, or else I'll be fighting every full moon for the rest of my life.
So I packed my bags, stepped out the door, and left.
