Backstory: Ikkou was one of the people from the same dimension as Axel and was a member of the rebel army that he led. Although the method worked, unfortunately, the rebels were killed and only he survived. At that time, he saw Axel leave without saving the rebel members, causing Ikkou to think that Axel or Wizard had betrayed the rebels. He traveled across dimensions to hunt down other Armored Riders while also hunting down Wizard.
Personality: Ikkou is quite a difficult person to approach and in battle he will often use insulting words that go straight to the enemy's psychology and that technique is always 100% effective. When Ikkou takes a grudge against someone, he will hold that grudge until the grave. Ikkou often chooses to hide his emotions to make others see that he is fine but in reality he is not fine at all. During the period when Ikkou confronts Axel because he thinks Axel has turned his back on the rebels, Ikkou always attacks decisively as if he is ready to take Axel's life. Only when Axel clears up the misunderstanding will Ikkou fight with Axel again. However, Ikkou still chooses to fight alone, even after he clears up the misunderstanding.
