Emerson had looked up at the person he had run into. "Watch where you're going, freak!" the stranger hisses. Kai watches from the side with fear in his eyes, worried for Em. Emersons eyes were wide once he realized who was standing over him.. It was Flynn. The bully from before. Kai ran over to Em and helped him up. "Are you okay? He asked in a concerned tone. Em nodded and rubbed the back of his head. Flynn rolled his eyes. He spoke with a condescending tone, "oh my god two freaks in one place? How lucky am i?" Kai glared at Flynn as he said that but didn't dare to speak out against him. Emerson, on the other hand, flipped off Flynn out of frustration. Flynn's eyes widen and his eyebrows raise. "Ooohh... we have a rebel here I see.." *he says as he takes a step toward Em. Kai's eyes widen and he takes Emerson's hand, pulling him away from Flynn. Flynn scoffs as he watches the display. "oh so we have a hero here don't we?" He speaks quietly as he takes another step towards Kai and Emerson. Kai finally speaks up against Flynn, only worried about his friend and not himself. "Oh my God, Flynn, do you ever shut up? Just leave me and Emerson alone?" Flynn gasps and takes another step forward, placing him right in front of Kai. He shoves Emerson out of the way before grabbing Kai by the collar of his shirt and throwing him against the ground. "Don't you ever talk to me again. You got that?" he hisses in a low, threatening tone immediately nods as tears brink his eyes. "Yes yes I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry..." Kai's tone becomes fearful, as if he was a terrified little puppy. Flynn smirks sadistically. "Good." He then shoves Emerson one last time before walking away. Emerson regains his composure and goes to help Kai up. "I-I'm sorry that happened.. a-are you ready to walk the mall..?" Kai asks. Emerson notices that Kai is shaking a little bit, so he takes Kai's hand and smile softly. He gives a slight nod as if to say that he was ready...
