Garbird: It was then revealed that it's to build up for his final spell, Immortal Draknight. Enabling Hou to survive the turn.

Gardog: Our leader withstood the onslaught like a man before summoning us into battle and crushing him.

As the three of them observed Ranma's deck.

Ranma: I studied what I could on J Genesis. Not just his playstyle but his info too.

Hou Ren: He is the former head of the Gaen Financial Group. He was once arrested for using the previous WBC cup to Auction Off an instrument of war.

Garga: A merchant of death, so to speak.

Ranma: (surprised) How did you... Never mind. Still, how did he go back to Kyoya's side?

Garga: I don't know. But... if my assumptions are correct, they probably made a deal between each other.

Hou: He's tough.

Ranma: Yeah... Aside from that, one more thing.

Hou Ren: What is it?

Ranma: Should we both make it to the SEMIs, I want to face you again with all my might. No drama whatsoever. Just me and you. Buddyfight. (holds up a fist)

Hou Ren: (Mesmerized at first, but smiles) It's a promise then. (fists bump his best friend)

Destroyer then appears in his cloud form.

Destroyer: Don't forget about me as well, Gargantua Dragon. You and I may have beaten each other in the past, but I will not lose if we win.

Garga: Destroyer...

Destroyer: But... as I'm Ranma's buddy, I share the same reason with him. I have no intentions for world annihilation.

Meanwhile, on J Genesis's side, J Genesis was observing Kyoya's whereabouts and plans.
