The story of Emil

Emil's secret

For Emil, going home ment a return to the black reality . The angels left that house long time ago, even they couldn't handle the agony present in the souls of everyone there. Only nature was able to bring him a small relief but the cold pain racing through his heart was there whitout a plan to escape. The tears that were falling from his ocean blue eyes just couldn't stop .He was trying to mask the pain in order to function somehow in the family since his parents weren't able to. But the sad fact was that his mask wasn't working at all. Because of that, his shield was looking like the ice slowly melting in the wounds of his lost hope.
His family was falling apart because of a sad tragedy. He was eleven at the time,so was his twin brother,while his sister was only nine years old. They were happy children and the whole family was happy as well. Nothing was missing,the whole paradise was in their arms. But one tragic day ,everything has fallen apart. The dad, an intelligent man with a golden heart and bright mind, let his two children, Aubrey and Luke, go to a close playground ,as always ,since there weren't any problems with them before. However, the painful destiny showed up in their lives for no reason. Children went to the playground and never came back. His parents,Ivy and Ethan Tomas were left in the worst agony that a parent could imagene. They were scarred for life, nothing could erase the pain they went through. Emil used to have two siblings,younger sister Aubrey and a twin brother, Luke. When Emil and Luke were 11 and Aubrey 9,what happend was worse then anyone could imagene. One morning they decided to go to the playbround and they never came back. Ethan let them go ,thinking they will have a great time playing with other children in the park,like always before. He could't know what was about to happen to them, but it didn't stop him for blaming himself forever. Emil also felt guilty because he wasn't home at that time ,he went to visit his grandma in another town. Luke and Aubrey didn't want to come ,they were thinking grandma was boring and too old for them. What's the worst for the mum was the fact that this happend few days before her birthday. Sometimes Ivy and Ethan cryed for weeks,however there were days where they could't even cry anymore, as they felt broken,numb and helpless. Emil was the same but he also had to watch his desparete parents falling apart ,and he thought life was worthless but he couldn't do anything about it. Aubrey ment the world to him and he would give his life for her,while he and Luke had a special conection as they were twins and always were unseperateble from each other. He loved them both the same. Sometimes Emil was being so angry because they weren't a part od their lives anymore,so he would become very agressive and started throwing things against the wall. The dinner was the worst,they mostly didn't even touch the food,cause the agony they felt about their two children missing ,would become even harder ,as they would start asking themselves have Aubrey and Luke ate the warm meal in the warm kitchen.
Three yesrs went by and everything was almost the same, the pain stayed in their hearts. There is a saying that time heals all wounds,but that doesn't work for a family torn from the loss of two young children. The house outside looked the same as before. A big ,wonderful-looking house painted dark blue ,with 3 floors that looked similar to a smaller building, shined as before,having a glow through dark windows. The yard was looking nice as well,having two light green trees and colorful flowers between them,seeming as a home that welcomes everyone with a style. Everything about it was looking like it didn't belong in the small place they were living in. Everyone inside was having one room for themselves. There were pink walls in Aubrey's room, green walls in Luke's room and blue in Emil's. He stopped going to school, the teachers were full of compasion, nobody said a word about it.
When Emil turned 14, he still had sorrows inside of him, empty rooms of his siblings reminded him of their old presence. Sometimes he would ask himself how they are looking now. After they went missing, he wasn't in school for about 5 months,after that he had to start going there again. Being just 14, he still could't avoid it. Being in school wasn't easy,his siblings were going there as well before , and even his twin went to the same class as him.
However with all the trauma in his sad life he was able to found one friend, 14 - year old girl named Dora, different then other classmates, but on a positive way. She was new in school,but already met a lot of friends ,some of them good,some not so much. She was pretty so almost all the boys wanted her to be their girlfriend. However, she prefferd to be single,as she was more mature then most of her male peers. She had long ,curly black hair and was very thin.She was smart, kind and friendly. Emil had dark brown hair that was covering his forhead and ocean blue eyes. He was very thin and tall,nice looking as well. Dora liked black dressis and was always wearing feminine clothes. She also liked to party a lot,while Emil was not that type. She was always asking him to join her out with her friends and to a lot of different clubs, but he just refused every time. He wasn't like them at all, the biggest fun for him used to be playing with his twin brother. They always found a way to have fun, playing outside in the yard, making up their own games, climbing to trees ,going to the playground, spending some time alone at home playing, their yard was their biggest source of fun for them. Twins had their own language that nobody else understood, they even liked to mess with their neighbores , pretending that Emil was Luke and Luke was Emil, leaving them confused while they would later laugh a lot, being very amused by that.And nobody could touch their sister,they were very protective of her. Emil ,Luke and Aubrey loved each other,more then anyone in the world. Emil was still missing them
a lot.
