"Good morning vedu" A beautiful and lovely voice echoed through her ears and she reciprocated with a wide grin gesturing "Good morning" and embraced her in tight morning hug.

"Come down break fast is ready" Navya said making her smile widely. She showed her thumbs up and rushed to washroom. Navya chuckled at her antiques and left the room.

Vedika's silent goodbye was eloquent, her expressive eyes conveying gratitude and trust. Navya smiled, waving goodbye as she settled into her car. As the engine purred to life, Navya glanced back at Vedika, standing alone in the doorway. Their friendship transcended words; Navya knew Vedika's gestures better than most knew language. With a reassuring nod, Navya pulled away, bound for her office. Pending files and court documents awaited, but her mind lingered on Vedika, her mute friend whose voice was louder in her heart than any spoken word.

Vedika settled into her cozy writing nook, snack-filled bowl beside her. As she began typing, words flowed effortlessly. Her story unfolded, characters coming alive on the page. The tap-tap of keys echoed through the silence, a symphony of creativity. With each paragraph, Vedika's imagination danced, unshackled by the constraints of spoken language. Her mute voice found expression in the written word, and the world expanded, vibrant and limitless.

As Vedika stopped writing reality hits hard that she have to pack for her upcoming trip to India loomed, and packing awaited. She saved her document, closed her laptop, and began gathering essentials. The snack bowl emptied, replaced by suitcases and travel documents. Vedika's hands moved deftly, folding clothes and organizing belongings with precision. Navya's parting reminder echoed: "Don't forget your favorite books!" Vedika smiled, tucking them into her luggage.
