Inkwell Isle's Halloween Party

Somewhere at the sea, there was an island known as Inkwell isle, where there are a lot of Toons that were based on the ones from the 1930's. At the docks, there was a boat that had five Toon kids that just arrived to the island. The first one was a fox boy Toon named Tommy D Fox (voiced by Tara Strong), the second was a Mew girl Toon named Gidget (voiced by Lisa Ortiz), the third was a little Toon rabbit girl named Melody (voiced by Nancy Cartwright) and the last two were Hyena boy twin Toons named Jokey (voiced Bill Fagerbakke), and Jokeo (voiced by Tom Kenny). There was also an elderly demon dragon named Boney 10 (voiced by Mel Brooks), with the kids as there has to be an adult with them. Of course he wasn't the only adult there, for there was also Tommy and Melody's parents, which were Roger D Fox (voiced by Chris Pratt) and Lyric D Rabbit (voiced by Veronica Taylor). Jokey: "So... why are we here again?" Tommy: "Don't you remember?, I got a letter from my pen pal that a Halloween party was happening here on this island, and I wanted to check it out, and to finally meet my pen pal as well." Gidget: "Yeah, but we need to be very careful on this island." Boney 10: "That's right, for this island is home to it's own version of the Devil, who is close to being as dangerous as the actual one." this made both the hyena twins to gulp in fear. Jokeo: "So... this pen pal of yours... what kind of pen is he?" Lyric: "No silly, a Pen pal is someone you only know through letters you write to or letters you get from." Roger: "She's right." Jokey: "So you don't even know what your pen pal looks like?" Tommy: "Well I remember that his name was Cuphead, so that's a way of finding him." Jokeo: "I wonder why he be called Cuphead...?" Jokey: "Maybe he has a cup for a head." Gidget: "Come on, there's no way that could be the reason." Boney 10: "Maybe it could be... look." said Boney 10, before a pair of Toons around the kids' age, with one having a cup for a head, while the other had a mug for a head, came running down the docks, being chased by what looked like a ghost. Jokey: "Ah!... a ghost!" Melody: "A ghost?!" Jokeo: "Gidget!, use your psychic powers to make it go away!" Gidget: "I can't, my psychic powers don't work on ghosts, like how psychic type attacks don't work on ghost types, or like rock paper scissors... but I can hear the ghost's thoughts... and she isn't really planning on hurting those two." Jokeo: "Huh?" said Jokeo in confusion, before the cup/ mug head Toons and ghost stopped in their tracks when they see the Toon kids in front of them. The one with the cup for a head that also has a small red nose was in fact Cuphead himself, (voiced by Tru Valentino), while the one with mug for a head and a larger blue nose was Mugman (voiced by Frank Todaro), Cuphead's brother. Tommy: "Uh... are you Cuphead by any chance?" Cuphead: "That's right, but who are you?" Tommy: "Tommy D Fox." Mugman: "Wait... you're Cuphead's pen pal?" Tommy: "Yup, and you must be his brother, Mugman, it's nice to meet you both at last." Mugman: "Same here, and those behind you must be your little sister, Melody, and your friends, Gidget and the Hyena twins." Jokeo and Jokey: "That's us." Gidget: "Nice to meet you." Melody: "Hello, it's nice to meet you." Boney 10: "And I'm Boney 10, the one who's watching these kids while they're here." Roger: "Of course my wife and I are helping him out too." Lyric: "Yup, I'm Lyric, and this is Roger, we Tommy and Melody's parents." Cuphead: "Wow... I didn't think you were an actual fox." Tommy: "Well the same could go for you being an actual Toon with a cup for a head as well." Cuphead: "Fair enough." Gidget: "So uh... who's the ghost girl behind you?" Mugman: "Oh that's Ms Chalice, she's a friend of ours." said Mugman, before the ghost girl, now known as Ms Chalice (voiced by Grey DeLisle), changed from ghost to a Toon girl with a chalice for a head. Ms Chalice: "So this is the pen pal you boys were supposed to meet here?" Cuphead: "Looks like it, but I didn't think they would be animals." Gidget: "Most Toons are based on animals, though there are Toons that based on other things too like instruments, trees, and all other stuff." Cuphead: "Well I hope you guys are party animals too, cause there's gonna be a really awesome Halloween party tonight here on Inkwell isle." Tommy: "Yeah, that's why we came here." Jokeo: "Hey uh... is your girlfriend really a ghost?" this made Cuphead's whole head blush bright red and steam coming out from the top. Cuphead: "What?!, wait a minute!, it's not like that!, r-r-really!, Chalice is just a friend!, honest!" Gidget: "Right..." said the Mew girl, who had a smirk on her face, knowing what Cuphead really thinks of the Chalice girl due to her psychic powers. Ms Chalice: "Well actually I'm only half ghost, for you see um... a long time ago, my mother was a ghost that went on a quest to be alive again... and drank a potion that gave her the ability to switch from ghost to a living being and back again, and I sort of got that ability from her." Cuphead: "Yeah, it sort of scared us at first, but after a while we got used to knowing she's part ghost, and it really comes in handy when we need it." Mugman: "Yeah, like that ghost hunting scheme to get ice cream, only to end up in a house that was haunted by real ghosts..." Cuphead: "Okay so it backfired a little, don't take it out on me." Ms Chalice: "Anyway, we should get ready for the party tonight." Tommy: "Good idea." Cuphead: "Let's go to our place to get our costumes." Jokeo: "Then let's go." said Jokeo, before he and the others followed the cup trio, unaware that they were being watched by a trio of demon dragons that were hiding on a ship. The red demon dragon was ScreamClaw (voiced by Mark Hamill), the second one in blue was ThunderSmacker (voiced by Jim Cummings), and the last one in black was SpaceWarp (voiced by Frank Welker), and they were after Tommy and his friends for their souls. ScreamClaw: "So... there's a party going on here tonight eh... what do you say boys?, are you in the mood to crash it?" ThunderSmacker: "You betcha." SpaceWarp: "Y-y-yeah, w-w-what ThunderSmacker just said..." ScreamClaw: "Then let's get ready to collect some souls tonight." said ScreamClaw, before letting out a crazy laugh which the other two demons have joined in as they let out an evil laugh as well. Elsewhere on Inkwell isle, the cup trio lead Tommy and his friends to the house of Elder Kettle, who happens to be the cup brothers' grandfather and guardian. In the boys' bedroom, Cuphead took out some costumes for himself and his brother, and show them to the others. Cuphead was wearing a red suit with horns, a tail and holding a pitch fork, while Mugman was wearing a pirate captain hat, a peg leg, a hook for a hand, an eye patch, and has a fake sword. Cuphead: "What do you think?, I'm the Devil, and Mugman is a pirate, cool huh?" Mugman: "Uh... Cuphead, are you sure it's wise to dress up like the Devil?, I mean you gotten into enough trouble with him already." Tommy: "What do you mean by that?" Cuphead: "Uh... it's nothing for ya to worry about, Mugman's just a bit scared that the Devil himself might show up just because I'm dressed up like him, but come on, he wouldn't just appear for that." Jokeo: "Yeah, that would be silly." Jokey: "Hey... where's Gidget, Melody and Ms Chalice?" asked Jokey, before the door opened up, revealing Gidget, Melody and Ms Chalice in their own costumes. Melody was in a white sheet with holes to make her look like a ghost, Gidget was wearing a princess outfit, while Ms Chalice was wearing an angel outfit, and the sight of the two older girls made both Tommy and Cuphead blush a little. Mugman: "Wow, you girls look great." Gidget: "Thanks, what about you boys, aren't you gonna get into your own costumes?" Tommy: "Uh... mine is a vampire." Jokey: "I'm gonna be the Frankenstein monster." Jokeo: "As for me, a werewolf." that was when an elderly kettle Toon came in, who was in fact Elder Kettle (voiced by Joe Hanna) himself. Elder Kettle: "Boys, are you ready for the... who are they?" Mugman: "Oh the fox is Cuphead's pen pal, Tommy D Fox, the rabbit in the ghost costume is his little sister named Melody D Rabbit, and the rest are their friends." Elder Kettle: "Oh, well it's nice to meet you kids." Tommy: "Pleasure to meet you too, sir." Melody: "Same here." Elder Kettle: "Well these two have some manners, unlike a certain cup I know." Cuphead: "Hey!, I got manners!" Elder Kettle: "Yeah... bad ones." this made Tommy and the others to giggle a little, much to Cuphead's annoyance. That was when Elder Kettle noticed Boney 10 at last with the other kids. Elder Kettle: "Well Boney 10, it's been a while, ya old fossil." Boney 10: "Indeed." Cuphead: "Wait... you two know each other?" Boney 10: "Yeah, I used to take care of him back when he was a kid." Elder Kettle: "I might be old now, but still young compared to you." Boney 10: "Maybe..." Mugman: "Wait... you've been around when Elder Kettle was a kid?" Cuphead: "How old are you?" Boney 10: "Old enough to remember the world before Toons came around." that was when Roger and Lyric came to the scene. Roger: "Hello there." Lyric: "You must be Cuphead and Mugman's grandfather." Elder Kettle: "Well... you're a lovely sight madam, I take it you're the mother of these kids?" Lyric: "Well only for Tommy and Melody, the rest are just hanging out with his for this week." Roger: "Yup, plus their parents are out to do some work and asked us to watch over them while they're away." said Roger, before the elderly kettle turns around to look at his grandsons. Elder Kettle: "Anyway, you boys better paint the fence before you go, it's been a while since you last paint it." this made both Cuphead and Mugman groan in disappointment as they hated painting the fence all the time. Jokey: "Is painting the fence really that bad?" Cuphead: "It is when you were forced to do it like every single day." Ms Chalice: "Well you better do it quick boys, Gidget and I are off to do some shopping." Gidget: "Yeah, it's been a while since I get to hang out with another girl." said Gidget, before she and Chalice went off to do some shopping, leaving Tommy and the hyena twins with the cup brothers to paint the fence alone, while Elder Kettle and Boney 10 were taking a nap inside the house. Jokey: "Why are we painting the fence too?" Jokeo: "Cause Tommy said that if we help Cuphead and his brother finish painting the fence, we can get to the party sooner." Jokey: "Oh..." said Jokey, before Tommy went up next to Cuphead. Tommy: "So tell me, do you have a crush on Ms Chalice?" this made Cuphead drop his paint brush and his head turn red from blushing. Cuphead: "W-w-what made you say that?!" Tommy: "Gidget told me... she heard your thoughts about her." Mugman: "How is that possible?, is she psychic or something?" Tommy: "Yeah, she is." said Tommy, before Cuphead let out a sigh in defeat. Cuphead: "Okay... I might have a crush on Ms Chalice... but can you blame me?, she's the finest looking cup girl I've ever seen and... she's really cool with her ghost powers and all that..." Tommy: "Yeah well... have you tried telling her how you feel?" Cuphead: "Are you kidding?, I don't have the courage to tell her... my chances of winning her heart are probably as good as me defeating the Devil." Jokey: "Hey... I got an idea!" this made both Tommy and Jokeo gasp in shock, for Jokey's not the type who can come up with ideas and all that. Cuphead: "You do?" Jokey: "Yeah, if you show Chalice how brave you are by defeating the Devil, she would think of you as a hero she would love to date, I mean girls do have a weak spot for heroes." Cuphead: "Hey... you're right!" Jokeo and Tommy: "He is?" Jokey: "I am?... I mean yeah of course I am." Mugman: "But Cuphead, defeating the devil?, we're no match for the devil!, that's like committing suicide!" Tommy: "Well... you don't have to fight the real Devil." Cuphead: "No?, what do you mean?" Tommy: "Is there a picture of the Devil?" Cuphead: "Uh... yeah, here's one." said Cuphead, before showing Tommy the Devil's picture. It showed that the Devil of Inkwell isle looked like a black cat/monkey with horns and a red eggplant shaped nose. Jokey: "That's the Devil of this island?" Cuphead: "Yeah, that's him." Jokeo: "Hey wait, why do you have a picture of him?" Cuphead: "The Devil likes to take pictures of himself and I managed to get a hold of one of them when he wasn't looking." Mugman: "And I still say it was a bad idea to do that and... where's Tommy?" said Mugman, who just noticed that Tommy was nowhere in sight. Cuphead: "I don't believe it!, he left us to paint the fence ourselves!" Jokey: "Hold on, our little buddy wouldn't do that." Jokeo: "Hey uh... isn't that the Devil?" asked Jokeo, which made the cup brothers to turn around, and screamed by the sight of the Devil of Inkwell isle himself. Cuphead and Mugman: "Ah!, the Devil!" shouted the cup brothers in fear and terror, before the Devil grabs his own head and pulls it off, revealing to be really Tommy in disguise all along. Tommy: "How was that?" Cuphead: "Tommy?!" Mugman: "Don't scare us like that!... also... where did you get that costume?" Tommy: "I have a big collection of all kinds of disguises." Cuphead: "I didn't knew that." Tommy: "There's a lot of things you don't know about me." Mugman: "Okay..." Cuphead: "Hey... this is perfect!, I can win Chalice's heart without worrying about the Devil getting my soul!" Mugman: "I don't know... there's no 100% chance that this could work." Jokeo: "But we need to do something for this story." Mugman: "What story?" Jokeo: "Oh... it's nothing important..." little did the guys knew at that moment, Gidget, Melody and Ms Chalice were listening to their plans through the Mew girl's psychic powers, and they couldn't help but giggle. Ms Chalice: "So you were right about Cuphead having a crush on me." Gidget: "Yeah, but he's not all that sharp if he really thinks that he needs to pretend on fighting the Devil to win ya, huh?" Ms Chalice: "Well what did you expect?, he's a boy after all." Gidget: "How true, so let's play along, just for fun." said Gidget, before she, Melody and Ms Chalice continue to giggle. When night fell, all the folks of Inkwell isle went to a large abandoned mansion, where the Halloween party was taking place, and soon the girls made it there in their costumes. Ms Chalice: "Hmm... I wonder where the boys are?" Gidget: "Probably busy on how to look heroic when the 'Devil' arrives." said Gidget, with her fingers doing air quotes with a giggle. Meanwhile, outside of the mansion, Cuphead was putting on his costume while Tommy was getting into his Devil disguise. Cuphead: "Okay, when Jokey turns off the lights, you make an appearance." Tommy: "Okay... but I hope Gidget won't get mad if she finds out..." Cuphead: "Eh... I ain't too worried about it, for she'll never find out." said Cuphead, before he gets into the mansion, leaving Tommy alone with the hyena twins. Jokey: "Hey guys... I think the Demon trio is here." Jokeo: "What makes you say that?" asked Jokeo, before Jokey pointed his finger at the Demon trio, ready to attack the kids. ScreamClaw: "Get them!" Tommy: "Uh oh!, run for it!" said Tommy, before he and the hyena twins make a run for it while the Demon trio chases after them. Meanwhile, Cuphead was getting ready to make his move, when the lights went out, which was supposed to be the signal for the 'Devil' to show up. Cuphead: "Okay... here goes nothing." said Cuphead, as he was ready to play hero for Chalice. Speaking of which, she and Gidget were wondering what happened to the lights, when the Devil of Inkwell isle showed up, unaware to the girls that it was indeed the real Devil (voiced by Luke Millington-Drake) himself. Next to the Devil was a fat demon with tiny wings named Henchman (voiced by David Wasson), who was the Devil's number 1 henchman. The sight of the Devil scared the other Toon folks, making them try to run away, only for the Devil to snap his fingers and all the doors and windows were closed up, locking everyone inside the mansion. Devil: "Hello young ladies, have you seen a certain Cuphead?, I have a score to settle with him." said the Devil, before Cuphead showed up and stood in front of the girls. Cuphead: "Back off Devil!, your tyranny here is about to come to an end!" Devil: "Oh?, decided to be brave now?, well that won't save you from me stealing your soul." Cuphead: "Oh yeah?, give me your best shot!" Mugman: "Uh... Cuphead... I think we're in trouble..." Cuphead: "Don't worry, I can take him." Mugman: "But Cuphead... I think we really are in trouble..." Cuphead: "I know that already, I mean the 'Devil' is here." said Cuphead with air quotes. Devil: "Why are you making air quotes while saying that?, are you saying that you believe I'm a fake." Gidget: "Come on Tommy, we know it's you." Cuphead: "What...?" Gidget: "We heard your plot to win Chalice's heart through my psychic powers." Melody: "Uh huh." Cuphead: "You... you did..." said Cuphead, with his head blushing and a sweat drop formed on the side of his head. Ms Chalice: "Yeah, as sweet as it was that you wanted to look like a hero for me, you could have just asked that I can go out with you." Mugman: "But Cuphead... girls... I think this guy really is the Devil..." Cuphead: "What makes you say that?" asked Cuphead, before Mugman pointed his finger at Tommy and the hyena twins being chased by the Demon trio. Gidget: "Tommy's in trouble!... wait... but if Tommy's over there... then that means..." said Gidget, before she and the others made a big gulp while looking at the Devil, who was looking like he was losing his patience. Devil: "So... what were you saying about me giving you my best shot?" Cuphead: "T-t-the... the... the Devil!" screamed Cuphead in fear and terror, finally realizing that the Devil was for real. Devil: "Yes, and now I shall have your soul at long last, for you have owed me it for a long time." Gidget: "What do you mean by that?" Devil: "Simple... it all started when Cuphead and his brother, Mugman, went to my carnival, and he played the game, soul ball, and he lost, which meant his soul was mine, but then, his brother took the soul and stuffed it back in, even after I stole it fair and square... and then, they destroyed the whole carnival!" Henchman: "Actually, you were the one who destroyed it, the cups were just trying to dodge the fire balls you fired at them with your pitch fork." Devil: "Yes!, thank you henchman... whatever... anyway... Cuphead then went to play 'Roll the Dice', which was where one of my employees, King Dice, was hosting where the winners get their souls get taken to me and..." Cuphead: "Wait... King Dice was working for you?!" Devil: "Yes... and you were supposed to win, and yet lost, due to the fact that you couldn't named the tune... which was Twinkle twinkle little star... I mean who couldn't name twinkle twinkle little star?!" Gidget: "Is that true, Cuphead?, even Jokey would have been able to name it and he's an idiot." Jokey: "I heard that!" shouted Jokey, as he continues to run away with Tommy and Jokeo from the demon trio. Cuphead: "Eh... it was hard to remember it without the lyrics..." Devil: "Even so, that was not the end of it, for he then managed to get a hold on an invisible impenetrable sweater, that prevents me from stealing his soul and eat it before his very eyes!" Gidget: "You had a sweater that can do that?" Cuphead: "Yeah... but I kind of lost it..." Henchman: "Yeah, and it's now in an undisclosed location by the way." Devil: "Yes... thanks you Henchman..." said the Devil in a calm and yet really annoyed tone in his voice. Tommy: "Hey guys... I know you're busy dealing with the Devil... but can you give us a hand please?!" said Tommy, as he and the hyena twins were still being chased by the Demon trio. Gidget: "Oh right!, hang on!" said Gidget, before she starts glowing and transforms into a cannon, which gave Tommy an idea. Tommy: "Jokey, Jokeo, follow me!" Jokey: "Aren't we doing that already?" Jokeo: "I think Tommy's got a plan." Jokey: "I hope it works." Tommy: "It should... I hope... hey demons, if you want our souls, I dare you to go into that cannon!, that is if you're not chicken." ScreamClaw: "Us?, chicken?!, as if!, come on boys!, into that cannon!" shouted ScreamClaw, before he and his brothers went into the cannon, before Tommy lights up the cannon's fuse, which started to make a hissing sound that made the trio widen their eyes in realization that they've been tricked. SpaceWarp: "Uh... oh..." ThunderSmacker: "Man I hate those kids..." ScreamClaw: "Same here..." said the trio, before the cannon fired, and sends the trio flying into the sky and out of the scene. The cannon changed back into Gidget, who went over to Tommy and the hyena twins. Gidget: "Are you boys okay?" Tommy: "Yeah, you really saved us." Gidget: "You deserve half of the credit as you were the one who tricked the trio, which was really brave of you." said Gidget, before she kissed Tommy on the cheek, which made him blush a little. Cuphead was feeling like a loser as his plan on looking like a hero failed, when Ms Chalice went over to him. Ms Chalice: "Cuphead?, are you okay?" Cuphead: "Not really... I guess you think of me as a loser now... I mean Tommy does a lot better being a hero than I ever could..." Ms Chalice: "Come on Cuphead, you don't have to be a hero for me to like ya." Cuphead: "Really?" Ms Chalice: "Of course not, you and your brother were the first people who would stick around with me as my friends in my whole life, and between you and me... you're pretty cute for a Toon with a cup for a head." said Ms Chalice with a wink, before she kissed Cuphead on the cheek, which made the male cup Toon to blush and steam coming out of the milk in his namesake. Mugman: "See Cuphead, if you want her to like ya, just be yourself." said Mugman, before the kids heard the sound of the Devil clearing his throat. Devil: "I hate the cute romantic moment between you kids but... you still owe me your souls!" said the Devil with flames coming out of his body in anger. Cuphead: "Oh right... I forgot that he's still here..." Devil: "How could you forget I was here?!, did ya shut off your brain when the chalice girl kissed ya?!" Cuphead: "Well... I don't often use my brain a lot..." Devil: "Figures... well here's the cheese... either you give me your soul... or I'll take the soul of the chalice girl." this made Ms Chalice to gasp in fear, before gasping in shock when Cuphead just jumped up and punched the Devil right in the face, which sent him flying right into the wall, much the everyone's surprise. Roger: "Did he just..." Lyric: "He did... guess he's a lot stronger than he looks..." Melody: "Uh huh..." Jokey: "Whoa... remind me not to get on Cuphead's bad side..." Jokeo: "Agreed..." Henchman: "Oh geez... boss are you okay?" asked Henchman with concern in his voice while looking at the Devil, who was currently stuck to the newly made hole on the wall. Mugman: "What the... Cuphead just punched the Devil in the face..." Ms Chalice: "Whoa..." soon the Devil got back up on his feet, shocked that Cuphead had the nerve to punch him like that. Devil: "Why you... how dare you punch me!" Cuphead: "Well you had the nerve to threaten the life of Ms Chalice!, if you want her soul... you have to go through me!" said Cuphead with a growl and steam coming out of his namesake, glaring at his enemy, who glared back at him. Devil: "Are you trying to scare me?, ha!, you kids can't scare someone like me, I'm the Devil after all." Gidget: "Well maybe we can't... but maybe Tommy can." Tommy: "Me?" Melody: "My big brother?" Roger/ Lyric: "Our son?" Devil: "The fox boy?, how so?" Gidget: "With what's inside his brain of course." Devil: "His brain?, what's so scary about what's in it?" Gidget: "Well I sometimes see what's inside it, and believe me... it's really terrifying for someone like you." Devil: "Ha!, I'll decide if it's scary or not!" said the Devil, before he shrunk himself and flew into Tommy's ear, and then went inside the boy's brain. Mugman: "Oh my gosh!, Tommy!" Gidget: "Don't worry about him... it's the Devil we should be more worried about." Cuphead: "What do you mean?, what's inside his brain that would scare the Devil?" Gidget: "Well... if you really want to know... I can use my psychic powers to show ya... but be warned... it's really scary in a sweet way." said Gidget, which confused the others, before the Mew girl uses her psychic powers to create a bubble that shows what's going on inside Tommy's brain. Inside the brain, the Devil appeared in a car, driving through a road in some colorful wonderland, full of cute and colorful creatures. Like rainbow colored unicorns, a purple frog jumping over a rainbow colored jumping rope, or rainbow colored clouds that were raining rainbow colored skittles or jellybeans. A purple eel with a friendly face flew over the Devil, and was giving a ride for a trio of happy penguins with umbrellas. Once the eel and penguins went into an igloo with happy faces, the igloo transformed into an ice cream cart with rainbow colored kittens riding on it. That was when the Devil noticed an army of rainbow colored bunnies appeared, begging him to let them give him a big hug, which really creeping him out. As the bunnies try to hold on to him for a hug, the Devil tried to make a run for it, before entering what looked like a rainbow colored castle that has a large rainbow ball pit room. Each of the balls had a face of Tommy and the friends and family he made some of the other stories he was in, and somehow the Devil had became one of those balls, bouncing around in the room before landing on the ground and was turned back to normal. Tommy himself rolled back his eyes to see the Devil looking a little shaken. Devil: "T-t-that didn't scare me one bit..." said the Devil, trying to look brave on the outside, while his inner self was screaming in terror. Tommy: "Funny... you look a little scared to me." Devil: "Don't be silly, no way that scared me... I bet that you don't have a scary thought in your entire brain!" Tommy: "Hmm... scary... you know what always scares me out of the room, was when someone finds my baby pictures." said Tommy, before a giant baby version of the Toon Fox appeared in front of the Devil. Baby Tommy: "I love you this much~!" said baby Tommy, before he went to hug the Devil, who was really scared by this, especially when the other cute critters of the fox's mind came and joined in on the hug. Devil: "I'm actually scared!, Ahh!!!" screamed the Devil, while everyone outside were a little speechless by the sight inside the mind bubble that Gidget made. Cuphead: "Wow... that is kind of scary..." Mugman: "Yeah... how can someone's mind be that colorful...?" said the cup brothers, before the mind bubble popped as the Devil finally came out of Tommy's brain. Devil: "So much horror!, AHH!!!" screamed the Devil, before he makes a run for it from the mansion and back to where he came from, allowing the doors and windows to be open again, much to everyone's joy as they were free again. Henchman: "Hey boss!, wait for me!" said Henchman, before he flies off and follow the Devil out of the scene. Tommy: "Hey, what do you know, I scared him." Cuphead: "Yeah, you sure did, who knew that things that are so cute and sweet can scare anyone." Mugman: "You really saved us." Tommy: "I can't have all the credit, it was Gidget's idea really." Lyric: "Don't be so modest sweetie, you really saved the day." Roger: "Yeah, that's our boy for ya, a real hero." Ms Chalice: "And don't forget that Cuphead is a hero too." Cuphead: "I am?" Ms Chalice: "Well you punched the Devil in the face just to protect me from him, so that makes you a hero too." said Ms Chalice, before she gives Cuphead another kiss on the cheek, which made him blush bright red and steam coming out of his namesake with a goofy smile. Jokey: "So does this mean we can continue the party?" Jokeo: "Sure thing bro, hit it!" said Jokeo, before the song 'Transylvania Twist' started to play. Tommy was in his vampire costume while dancing with Gidget, who was also enjoying the music as well. As for Melody, she was dancing with her parents, who were dancing their hearts out with the music. Cuphead: "Hey Mugman... I can't help but feeling like we forgot something..." Mugman: "Yeah... me too..." Cuphead: "Eh... I ain't too worried about it, let's just keep partying!" Mugman: "Sure thing." said the cup brothers, before the scene changed to the Elder Kettle's house, where the old kettle Toon and Boney 10 were still sleeping, before they both fell out of their rocking chairs and woke up. Boney 10: "Huh... what?... is it time for the party already?" Elder Kettle: "Oh man... we must have overslept!" Boney 10: "We better get the kids." Elder Kettle: "Agree... but first... five more minutes..." Boney 10: "Sure..." said Boney 10, before he and Elder Kettle went back to their rocking chairs and fell asleep again, which is where this story comes to a close.
