Reverse 1999 x Reader [HIATUS]

hi! this the author here.

I originally wrote this fanfic as a small thing to do for fun in my spare time. I still write stuff like this occasionally, but for other franchises.

keyword: other franchises.

unfortunately, as time went on, I began to lose interest in Reverse 1999. not because it's bad! oh no, it's awesome! (I still have the app actually, I just haven't played in months, lol)

maybe I'll get back into this fandom one day. but I feel terrible just leaving this book here without any word of what's currently going on... so...

you can consider this book on hiatus, and I will make a tag by the title indicating so.

the next time I update anything for this book (which will probably be months away), it will most likely be a rewrite of the first few chapters and the MC's abilities, as well as their quirks.

(specifically the hallucinations... it just doesn't sit right with me anymore, nor does it really feel natural to me)

thank you for reading this book and giving it so much attention. I seriously never thought this many people would want to read my questionable writing, lol.

if there are some main things I would change for a rewrite, it would be;

• adding more social MC interactions, I kinda feel like they fade into the background sometimes.

• cleaning up some dialogue I'm really not pleased with

• MC's abilities, like I said before

• not directly taking EVERYTHING from the game's story and dialogue. the text feels bland to me when I do that, but to do this step, I'd have to think of a better plot. hm...

but yeah, those are the main things. again, thank you for reading, and I hope I made you smile with this book, but for now, I'll have to put it on pause.
