Tessa Cartwright was born in Manhattan but her family's favorite place to summer was their beach house in Kildare county specifically a lovely neighborhood known to most as Figure 8. It was there that she met her long time friend and occasional summer fling Ward Cameron. Ward was a good boy from a well off family and a company he would soon inherit. He was the perfect canidate for the girls hand in marriage, that is until the day her car broke down leaving her to be saved by a knight in shining coveralls by the name of Alexander Jordan. Alex was a mechanic in his dad's auto shop, a buisness his father was hoping to pass down. But much to his dismay Alex had one goal in life. Get out of the cut, then get the hell off this island. Atleast that was the goal until he met Tess. Years later he would find himself the not so proud owner of Jordan and sons automotive. And Tess would find herself struggling to adapt to a new lifestyle on the cut as the mechanics wife. Alex knew that he would struggle to provide the finer things Tess would always desire. What he didn't know is that somewhere down the line he would become father to a gorgeous girl a girl with taste... Just like her mother.
