I heard a woman's voice "" SAI"" I was surprised as it was the same voice as my mumma . I turned back and saw towards the patient who was laying on the bed beside the ambulance. They were my mumma and papa (mother and father )
I was astonished and ran towards them but was stopped by the nurse." Where are you going ma'am you can't go there it's a very serious case please"the nurse said . " Nurses please try to understand me it is very important for me they are my mumma and papa" Sai said with tears in her eyes ." See whether they are your parents or not you just can't go close to them without doctor's permission it's a very serious matter and what if you go near them and they become unstable we can't take any risk . And how do i believe that your claim that you are their daughter is true " the nurse said." See ,I promise I will not do anything but please let me see them please" Sai said while requesting her . But the nurse said" no ma'am we are not allowed to do this if you want to see the patient you can come to the hospital and clear your Identity clarification that you are there relative or not . then you can meet with the patient if the reports will be positive.

"But" Sai was saying but was cut off by the nurse ." Ma'am please do not disturb us we are already late so please do not waste our time otherwise the patients lives will be at stake .

After that the nurse sat on the ambulance . Then , the driver started the ambulance and it went for the hospital. Sai was standing there still with tears in her eyes . She wiped her tears and went to stop a taxi and went inside and told the driver to follow the ambulance as she didn't know the hospital name .

Sai's POV

When I reached the hospital I immediately opened the door of the taxi and ran towards mumma and papa but again was stopped by the bodyguards as the nurse had told them to not let me get near the patient. I requested them several times but they didn't listen . After they took my mumma and papa inside the hospital i ran inside the hospital but that guard again stopped me and said ma'am you are not allowed to go near the patient please try to understand.

Yeah I know that I am not allowed but am I not even allowed to go inside the hospital ?? please let me go I have to clear my identity verification I said to the guard and ran inside the hospital . I went towards the counter and asked the receptionist "the patients who have arrived just now are where??

She replied sorry ma'am but who are you ?? And what's your relationship with the patient.

I replied that they are my parents now please tell me where are they I just want to meet them at least once. "Ma'am but we cannot permit you to meet the patient without any verification first please show your medical history or licence or anything which can prove your Identity" the receptionist said.
Medi-cal history or licence oh god I forgot bring them in hurry .Now what do I do ? I thought in mind but came out with a sudden voice" what are you thinking ma'am please do it fast we already have a lot of work" the receptionist said.Ah actually I forgot to bring anything with me in hurry so I don't have anything Sai said .

"See ma'am we can't permit you to meet the patient without identity verification so please arrange it as soon as possible or you can go" the receptionist said .

Please please try to understand me I will bring it after I meet my parents please let me see them at least once Sai said while sobbing.

"Ma'am I already said to you that we can't permit you to meet the patient why are you not understanding it's hospital rule . And please don't make any type of seen here there is more patience in this hospital who are getting disturbed by you please maintain silence . Guard please take her away from here the receptionist said ."
