I. Never Said

Her large, round glasses frame her curious hazel eyes, which always seem to be sparkling with some new idea or discovery. She adjusted her glasses as she walked into school, her backpack weighed down by a lot of things that a good student always has. 

Meet Kyla Carsen, 17. A classic studious girl and the I-dont-care type of girl, but organized and meticulous. Palaging invisble sa lahat ng mga aktibidad sa school at may stage phobia. She wasn't particularly concerned about fashion or popularity. Her world revolved around, coding, science fairs and being topnotchers in school. But that didn't stop her from catching everyone's eye as she entered the hallway—because walking right beside her was none other than, the most popular girl in school.

She walks with a grace that draws the attention of everyone, she's this girl everyone knows, ang pangalang palaging binabanggit sa buong skwelahan.

Daisy Bennett, 17, is the epitome of what it means to be popular, parang na sakanya na ang lahat. Despite her being a popular, she's also a down-to-earth. She's known for being approachable, always stopping to say hi or help a fellow student, whether they're part of her circle or not. Her genuine kindness is what sets her apart from others who've had their moments in the spotlight.

Naging routine na din ang pagtitig ng ibang student sa kanila, it's not new from them anymore.

"Okay, first things first!" Daisy stopped walking and eyed Kyla for a sec.

She clunged her arms to Kyla's.

"What club are you going to join in?" Daisy asking.

"Nothing new, it's still Book lovers club" Kyla.

"Kylaaaaa" Daisy pouted and stomped her feet side by side.

"Whaat?" Kyla curiously asked.

"I want you to join my club! Look, last year na natin to and then were going part ways na sa college, ayoko namang magkahiwalay tayo even sa club" Daisy.

Agad tinanggal ni Kyla ang braso ni Daisy. "Kasi ah, Daze, mukhang di kasi ako bagay dun eh, pasensya na" 

"Anong hindi ka bagay? Club lang naman yun tas andon din ako, ayaw mo ba akong kasama every friday? alam mo namang ikaw lang yung super close ko dito eh" Daisy.

Daisy is the president of the Fashion club, kaya mapapadali lamang ang pagsali ni Kyla doon, pero para ni Kyla, it doesn't make sense to her. Sure siyang madaming magagalit sakanya dahil sa unfair na treatment sakanya ni Daisy, at isa pa, naniniwala si Kyla na ang katangian niya'y hindi nababagay dun, it doesn't make sense to her either.

Ang katangian ni Kyla ay baliktad lamang kay Daisy. She's a mismatched while Daisy's a trendsetter. Madaming nagkakandarapa sakanya mababae man o lalaki, kaya para sa iba ang pagiging bestfriend ni Kyla sa kay Daisy ay ultimo parang nanalo lamang sa lotto. 

Si Kyla yung tipong palagi lang naka upo sa likod, always want to remain unnoticed. Si Daisy lang ang nagpupush sakanya na makipag halubilo sa tao. Ayaw niya ng attention pero kapag kasama niya si Daisy, iba ang bungad ng mga tao sakanya. Kyla's aware of all the things that happens to her, ayaw niyang sabihin sa bestfriend niya na she didn't like what she has right now, kasi alam niyang masasaktan si Daisy, kaya hinahayaan niya nalang sa kung anong gusto niyang mangyari.

"Gusto kong makasama ka pero hindi naman kasi ako bagay sa fashion2x eh. Look at me, bagay ba ako dun? ni wala nga akong kaayos ayos, I'm no role model" Kyla explained her side.

she pouts. "Ayoko kasing nahihiwalay tayo eh, we've been classmate since we were 1st grade at hanggang ngayon classmate padin tayo. Boring pag wala ka"

"Magkikita din naman tayo after ng club, three hours lang naman yun" Kyla.
