Inuyasha swore his loyalty and his word that they'd find another way to save Serena's life. Before it's too late. Kagome felt jealous and was secretly plotting against Inuyasha.
Inuyasha wanted to find Tsubaki's student who learned from her years ago. Kagome thinks this is a bad idea. But Miroku also agreed that as twisted as Tsubaki was, she was very skilled in curses.
So, they just might find a cure to recuse and save Serena's life. As Kagome groaned against the thought once more.
Sango looked over at her, pleading for Kagome to be kind and hopefully, she wouldn't double cross them.
As Serena's cough was returning already. Miroku said it was time to stop for a while, he'd make the medicine for her, and Keada taught it to Sango and Kagome.
Kagome smiled and spoke up she could do it. Sango said she's got it. Who are the other settled in for the night setting up a fire pit to cook on?
Kagome went to try and catch some fish alone. The others were busy and detracted.
Kagome kept wondering how she could make her plan work out for her, not for them.
When she heard a voice behind her one that she knew all too well. Naraku's voice.
Kagome jumped up and went to shoot at him when he told her to hold on before you shoot, I have a proposition for you...!!! He told her.
Kagome's instincts...!!! Her impulse, everything about her wanted to just shoot him right here and now, but he held out something in his hand.
"I know that you want that girl out of the way, I know she's been in your way, and I know what he did with her behind your back, I know about her curse, her life is fading fast, if you continue on this path, you're going to find the woman who I can save her life and break her curse, but I can give you something that will make sure that Serena never recovers...!!! In fact, this right here will speed up that process at least she'd be out of your way, Stated Naraku" Seriously.

To Us, To Kikyo, To Koga's pack, To Sesshomarou, to everyone that I love, and you've even tried to kill me and use me against my friends...!!! What makes you think that I'd ever listen to anything you had to say to me? Asked Kagome" bitter but trying to hold onto her goal that everyone is trying to kill him.
Kagome still refused to move her bow and arrow she was very serious right now; she didn't want to believe anything he had to say her, inside her instincts told her to slay him, put an end to his wicked plots once and for all.
"Because...!!! If you let me, I will give you the one thing that can remove that girl from standing in your way, spoke up Naraku" removing a bottle from his clothing.
As Kagome glared at him so hard, she didn't trust him at all, and she'd be right too, with all that he's put her and her friends through, but when she heard him tempt her into getting rid of the girl, she wanted gone this did get her attention.
Kagome hesitated but she soon started slowly lowering her weapon and giving into her worst instincts, which she wanted her rival dead even more, then she wanted Naraku dead right now.
"Speak fast, you've got 5 minute to explain yourself, before Inuyasha or the others pick up on your scent and know that your here, even behind that lame little barrier trick of yours to hide yourself from us, sooner or later they will see you or sense you, so get to it, what can you do for me? Asked Kagome" angry but bitter with what he said, she felt like she was selling her soul to the devil himself, but she refused to stop herself now.
