MALAIKA WAS ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE with barcelona. as soon as she, jasmine, and jacob stepped off the plane, she was met with the fresh air of spain and greeted with the beautiful scenery of catalonia. almost immediately, she never wanted to leave.  

"this is the most beautiful place i've ever been to." she sighed, sinking into the bed of her hotel room, which she was sharing with jasmine and jacob. jasmine set her things on the other side of the bed while jacob took the bed on the other side of the room. 

"can you believe we're gonna be back in the paddock?" jacob asked, excitedly before his face suddenly dropped. "wait...guys."

"what?" malaika's heart began to race as she thought jacob left something in monaco.

"did we tell logan that you and lando are dating?" he asked. malaika's eyes widened. she knew that lando had told his closest friends about it, but she hadn't gotten around to telling logan yet. 

"no...i guess i was going to tell him when i saw him." malaika admitted. 

"you're not gonna see him much if you're sneaking away with lando norris." jacob rolled his eyes. "and when you're not with him, jasmine's gonna be hogging the man."

"i will not!" jasmine gasped. "logan and i are just friends."

"we're not having this conversation again." jacob rolled his eyes. he took malaika's phone off of the shared nightstand and handed it to her. "you might want to tell him so he's not totally confused when we mention it."

"about that..." jasmine started, looking at her phone. "he might already have an idea. lando made a group chat."
