Aiden and James (and to be assumed the 2,763 other characters) walked out of the town. The couple decide to hold hands since they could not do it in the park. Aiden and James began to sing that they were off to see the wizard. Ahead of them were corn fields. Just corn fields and more corn fields. It made Aiden frustrated because it felt like they weren't getting anymore.
"It's okay, Aiden, remember what I said," James added.
"It's about the journey. But the journey is better boring," Aiden stated.
"Boo!" Echoed a familiar voice.
"Ahh!" Aiden jumped.
"That's just Ellie. Ellie as a scarecrow," James replied.
"Hey, James and Aiden," Ellie grumbled.
"Hi, what's like being a scarecrow?" Aiden wondered.
"No, great, I want some money," Ellie frowned.
"We are on our way to the wizard. Would you like to come with us? Maybe the wizard can give you some money," James suggested.
"James, what are you doing? I don't want Ellie to come with us. She'll ruin our trip," Aiden complained.
"You aren't a joy to be around either, Aiden," Ellie admitted.
"Maybe we should put aside our differences and try to get to the wizard," James mentioned.
"But why?" Aiden asked.
"Because it's the right thing to do. Maybe this can help, Ellie," James attempted to explain.
"I get what you are saying, James. Regardless, Aiden and I don't get along," Ellie brought up.
"I see, but would you tolerate Aiden for some money?" James wondered.
"Fine, I will come. Don't be a pain, Aiden," Ellie muttered.
"Define a pain," He gleaned.
"You're already doing it!" Ellie frowned, "Anyway, can someone get me down from here."
Aiden carefully climbed the short fence. James jumped over the fence. The corn was up to Aiden's shoulders while it was up to James' chest. The corn was a little itchy to them.
"Crap, I can't reach the ties. James, can you?" Aiden asked.
"I think so," James answered.
He was able to untie Ellie from the wooden pole. She fell into the corn. Aiden helped her up. James jumped out of the corn as Aiden and Ellie climbed out from the fence.
"All right, let's go into those woods over there," James announced.
"Oh, that's gonna be scary," Aiden added.
"We'll get through it," Ellie sighed.
"That's the spirit, Ellie," James cheered.
"She didn't mean it," Aiden whispered to James.
"She's trying," James whispered back.
The three started stepping towards the woods.
