Chapter 31

Rajat fired the gun!

Everyone was stunned, advait was shocked, Nevaan  closed his eyes out of fear, siya held her belly with all her might.

She fell on her knees as pain started to seep in. Siya looked at her hands, there was blood oozing out of her belly.
Rajat shot her belly that's how much he hated them.
He shot her belly for his revenge for his own selfish needs. He never had any kind of empathy towards anyone here. He was such a monster he killed his own sister and her husband and now because of the greed he had for the company he wanted nevaan as his puppet only to use him.
He never wanted that the Shekhawat's should be at peace. He shot siya in her lower belly to made sure that no one survives from both of them and Advait Shekhawat gets trauma for his whole life ahead when he will loose both his wife and child.

Rajat had such hatred. Meanwhile they all heard one more shot signalling that police had already killed rajat on the spot in an encounter.
Advait felt his world crashing. He held siya's belly from his hands and kept her head on his lap. She was bleeding a lot. She was losing her consciousness.
Maybe she won't be alive now...

Ambulance came, advait and nevaan both were crying. Both of them had blood on their clothes. Siya was drenched in blood now. Maybe she couldn't make it.
Advait wasn't thinking about the baby yet, he only wanted his siya alive. Soon they reached hospital and siya was admitted.

Nevaan hugged advait outside the OT and cried.
," siya mom will be fine na?" Advait was about to shed tears but he held himself and hugged Nevaan tightly.
Both of them were dying with anticipation. Doctor came outside the OT to inform the patients husband and son that

," Mr. Shekhawat your wife is bleeding a lot for now but luckily we took the bullet and it didn't touched the baby. The baby's safe. But we will have to operate your wife now and baby needs to be out today itself so please fill the consent form out there."

Advait was totally puzzled here. He wasn't buying the information he just got and saw the doctor leave. The thought that siya also signed the consent form during his mother was admitted here crossed his mind. He prayed to God to save his siya.
," Ganpati Bappa please save my love. I can't live without her, she is my everything. I know I did wrong to her and was even late while saving her. Please God save her, I need her our children needs her. I love her more than anything."
He prayed like his life is dependent on this prayer.

Later he signed the form and went outside the OT to wait for doctors.

Nevaan was sleeping on his lap. He called his father in law and told him the gist of the incident also told him not to tell anything about this to darsh. Darsh is still a small child but he won't handle any harm done to his mumma.

It's was now seven hours. Advait was called inside after so long. He was about to see his siya.
She was vulnerably lying on the bed. There was bloody everywhere, machines beeping indicating that she is alive.

Advait a nurse cradling a baby in a towel. The baby was crying out loud. Advait for the first time after seeing  siya's condition shed tears. He held his baby Girl!!!

His princess!
She was soo small just a newborn rabbit. Crying made her face red.
Nurse said," sir u need to give skin to skin contact to the baby as mother is not concious and well. You are a father now so only you can do this."

Advait nodded and remembered about Nevaan.
," excuse me, there is my son outside the OT, can you please bring him to a room. He is sleeping and also he have some injuries. Please look on to that. Thankyou"
Advait held his baby girl in his hands and then he was giving skin to skin contact to her.
He thought ," Darsh was this much when he first saw him. "

He was having this special moment but there was not his love of life to share this about.
Advait was tensed about Siya more. He was afraid that she would leave him.

His baby girl slept in her father's warmth. And advait also took a nap.

.
Siya's condition was critical before but doctors didn't backed down. And with the help of doctors teamwork they were able to get siya out of danger and miraculously she was alive now.

Siya was now out of danger but couldn't leave the hospital now. And advait? He was sleeping like a mumma kangroo carrying her newborn in her pocket.
Advait suddenly jolted and saw that what happened before all that rajat and gun shot, etc was real.
He saw his baby girl was crying now.
The doctor came there and said," sir your wife is now out of danger, congratulations. It was miracle that she survived. Also I forgot to say congratulations on having a baby girl." Advait smiled and was happy on doctor's comment to which he replied that

" Yeah, Lakshmi has arrived "

Today was Vijaya dashmi. And birth of her daughter and her wife's well being had brought immense joy to the shekhawats.
Siya gained her consciousness slowly and saw that advait was carrying her baby and Nevaan and darsh was there on the side of her bed to meet her and the baby.

Siya got really emotional and was shedding tears," Nevaan, Darsh I missed you my babies. I missed you a lot! " She hugged both of the kids and was crying.
" Mumma!! We missed a lot too. Ya know I didn't even had the ice cream which Nana brought for us because I wanted to share it with you all." Darsh said. Both the kids Nevaan and darsh was crying.
Advait was now crying too siya saw him and he bend on her level while carrying the baby.
" Adii, I missed you the most. I love you a lot. Ya know how scared I was that something will happen to our baby. Or something will happen to you. I was scared of that gun shot. Our baby !?!!
How is our baby ?? " Siya came into sudden realisation.
Advait chuckled a bit," here, babe calm down you will scare her ...." He handed the baby to siya. Siya's eyes was shining now ," her? My baby girl? It's a girl!!?!?" Siya chuckled and looked at the pink baby sleeping soundly in her baby blanket.

Her eyes filled with tears and love was spilling out from her heart. " My baby.. mumma made you suffer a lot... Sorry baby but I promise that I'll be the best mumma to my baby." Siya lovingly said this to her newborn.
Seeing her advait said, " and I promise that I'll be best daddy to my princess" .

" And me and darsh will the best BROTHERS!! to our baby sister. We will protect her at all costs from every ONE!!"

Darsh innocently said,

"But what we will call her mumma? "

Advait and siya both were confused and thinking as they didn't decided any name for their baby girl.

Nevaan immediately said,
" Aadya!! Her name will be Aadya ..."

Everyone loved that name and the baby also smiled. Making everyone Chuckle.

Baby Aadya's auspicious feets came inside the shekhawat mansion and all of their's lives were back to normal. Infact great. Aadya was everyone's favourite even before she was of a month.

Then Advait, Siya, Nevaan, Darsh and Aadya they were now family and lived happily.

Advait said

,"Thankyou siya for giving such a great children. I learnt a lot with you. We grew a lot. I love you and our children."

Siya replied
"Aadi, I love all of our children more than my life and your my soul. Thankyou for understanding me and being with me all the time."

Siya's pov
And as the years went by
Our love grew strong and stronger.

Advait said

We are Gladly Together Forever.....
