It had been 2 weeks since Marjorie had passed and Janice now working as the manager. Everyone has been wondering where Marjorie was but little did they know she was no longer with them.

Charlottes Pov:

I have been wondering where Marjorie had been for the past 2 weeks surly she would have told me if she was ill shes my closest friend right? I decided to call Reece because I found it strange that he hasn't been in either, I picked up my phone and called him.

"Reece can I ask you something"
Reece sighed deeply down the phone before coming out with an answer.

"What is it Charlotte"
"I ummm just wanted to ask where you and Marjorie have been the past 2 weeks...Are you okay?"
No answer so I asked again.
"Reece is everything okay?"
Once again no answer so I ask once more.
"Reece I-"
"CHARLOTTE SHUT UP!"
"Reece what the fuck I was only asking you something"
"And I will tell you and all the other staff in a meeting tomorrow bye"

Reece hung up the phone and I was in shock what the hell happened?

The next day:

All of the staff members are in 1 room and it's very intense and we was all nervous what could have possibly happened?

Reece's Pov:

I open the door to the room and walk in with Siobhan and Vivian behind me for support I look around the room to see.
Mia and Charlotte making out as per usual nothing different
winter and Sorscha was having a debate about something stupid
Autumn reading a book
Deliah playing with one of her dolls hair
and Eric trying to figure out how to ask this girl out
Jodie was playing with a plastic phone...
"Get a room you two" Siobhan said causing everyone to look at me.

"Reece what happened?"
Everyone said at the exact same time cause them to all look at each other which caused me to laugh the first time I have cracked a smile in a long time. I sit down and begin to start explaining that has happened to Marjorie.

"So Marjorie is no longer the manager"

Everyone looks at me in confusion and asks why.
I take a deep breath and my eyes already watering as I say my first few words.

"She's dead Marjorie is dead"

"WHAT!" Everyone says and eyes watering.

"S-she can't be" Charlotte says crying in Mia's arms. Then everyone was crying.

"Reece I'm so sorry" Autumn said getting out her chair to hug me then I explained the rest of the story to them.

1 hour time skip:

Charlottes pov:

Me and Mia has got home and we needed to tell Emmi and Kayleigh her daughters they were very close to Marjorie so this is going to break them.
I called them down and explained what has happened.

They were so hurt by this news both girls crying for an hour or even more. Mia comforted them telling them everything is going to be ok and she's got them.
"Thank you mom" Kayleigh said hugging Mia tight and Emmi hugging Charlotte looking at the photos of her and Marjorie that comforted her a bit and helped.
