44.

The team gets into their vehicles, driving out of the garage with Little Nobody in the front leading, and Hobbs trailing in the back. They all speed through traffic in the busy city, they begin lining up, blocking the street Dom comes down, he slams on the breaks as he looks at all the cars lined up, he looks in his rearview mirror to see another car right behind him.

"Guys, I know why Dom's here. Police scanners are saying he stole a nuclear football." Ramsey says into the walkie. Hobbs grabs the walkie from the top of his vehicle "It's over, Toretto. Get your ass out of the car now." Dom begins revving his engine. "So, that's how you want to play this? Let's play."

"Don't do this, Dom." Letty says to herself as she watches Dom take off towards the team. "He's going for it." Little Nobody announces immediately following after him. "What are you doing?" Gianna asks over the walkie. "It's a trap." Hobbs adds. The team begins turning around chasing after Dom.

"Now I know what it feels like to be every cop ever chasing us." Tej yells through the walkie. "I'm gonna get a little closer. I'm gonna pit him." Little Nobody says making Gianna scoff. "Oh, so you just gonna put Dom? Little Nobody has clearly lost his little mind." Rome says as if he read Gianna's thoughts.

Dom swerves around different turns with the team still on him "I'm on him." Little Nobody tells the team "Easy. Work together." Hobbs says to him. Dom drives onto the side walk knocking over construction poles causing them to collapse "Wait, wait, wait!" Hobbs warns but Little Nobody's car is already crushed under the tower. Letty goes around the tower with the team following after her. "I'll take the shortcut." Hobbs announces driving over the tower.

The rest of the team works hard to try not and hit the people that are crowding the sidewalks. Gianna and Letty speed up behind Dom as the two get on either side of him. He looks over at his wife and then his sister before hitting his NOS. "Not this time, Dom."

Both girls press a button releasing the harpoons that cling into the back of Dom's car, they step on the brakes in hopes to get them to stop but it's no use. "Watch the drag, or the line will snap!" Gianna tells Letty. Dom comes up on an intersection where he slams on the brakes as Deckard releases his harpoon as does Hobbs, Rome, and Tej. "Stretch him out. Hold him."

They all begin putting their cars in reverse pulling Dom's car in different directions. "He's gotta have about 2,000 horsepower in that thing." Hobbs says "Try 3,000." Tej corrects. Dom hits his NOS again pulling the Rome's car towards him and crashing into it. Rome puts his car in reverse and so does Dom causing the rope to pull right and make Rome flip.

Dom knocks the door off his vehicle making Hobbs' vehicle also flip onto its side. He then goes in reverse pulling Gianna and Letty with him before they both flip onto their sides crashing into each other. Deckard is pulled along and crashes into the two.

Deckard watches as Dom makes his way out of his flipped car and spots the briefcase, he immediately gets out of his car and runs after Dom who is now running down the streets of New York. Gianna and Hobbs get out of their cars and chase after the two. The stop in an alleyway to see Dom pulling a gun on Deckard before letting off two gunshots. "No!" The two shout as they hear sirens and a bunch of police men with rifles begin running towards them.

The two take off running back down the sidewalk as Letty comes up behind Dom and snatches the briefcase from him before running away. "Letty, stop!" He yells chasing after her. Dom fires his gun in the air causing Letty to jump and come to a stop, turning around. "I don't know why you're doing this, but I know one thing: You love me. And you are not gonna shoot me." she tells him before walking off.
