Burnt out (Autistic kylie)

Kylie's pov

It has been a tough week of interviews and promo videos but this week was a week of so I had time to relax and just watch movies and hideout in my bed room this is like second nature to me I have had to do this since I started in the acting buissness.

I was just laying on my bed lost in thought when a notification popped up on my phone it was Malia

Malia: Hey Ky

Kylie: Hey Lia

Malia: I was thinking would you and some of the other cast members like to come on a cast outing I have already asked the others and they said yes

Kylie: Yes but who is coming

Malia: Me, you, Ruby, Morgan, Dara just all the girls

Kylie: When are we going on the cast outing

Malia: Tommorow

I shouldn't of agreed to that I haven't had enough alone time I know how this is going to end tommorow but I can't just tell her that I don't want to go know she's most likely told everyone I'm going.

I just put my phone on my nightstand and I realised I haven't went out my room all day which meant I haven't drank anything or ate anything at this point it was 8 o clock so I just left it and decided to go to sleep insted

No ones pov

The next morning

Kylie woke up and checked the time on her phone it was 8:30 in the morning

Malia: Morning ky-ky I would suggest something comfy

Kylie: I was planning on wearing something comfy

Malia: Ok looks like we have a sassy pants on our hands today

Kylie gets up and gets changed into a pair of sweats and gets ready she goes out to her kitchen and picks something quick up to eat she goes over to her couch

Kylie: So how am I getting to where were going today

Malia: I'm coming to pick you up I will be there in a little bit

Kylie just chilled waiting for Malia to come to her apartment after about 5 or so minutes she heard a knock at her door she opened the door for Malia to step in a second Kylie popped her shoes on and both Malia and Kylie made their way down to Malia's car Kylie sat in the passanger seat and Malia got into the drivers side

"Hey kylie" Morgan, Ruby and Dara said in sync

Kylie just looked back and waved towards them and turned around

The whole car journey was filled with laughter from the back three girls mixed with the sound of the radio blasting better left unsent and boy for a day and feels like a movie

They got to the place and Malia found a parking spot near the front

"I thought we could do high ropes as a little post interview and promo shoots activity to debrief after all it has been a really long week" Malia said as they were getting out of the car

They go into a little building where they have to get their wristbands and sign some papers

Malia went first then Morgan then Dara then Ruby and last Kylie went

"Ok If you guys would like to head down that hall someone will be with you guys in a moment to take you guys out and go over rules and stuff" The girl at the front desk told everyone

They all went down the hall and was met with a sweat girl smiling they all followed her and was giving the gear they put it on and got it tightened they went through all the rules

They went through all the course and took their gear off they went back through the little building back to Malia's car and went to a little reasutrant for lunch

They had finished and left Malia drove to Morgan's apartment which Morgan, Dara and Ruby got out

Malia started driving towards Kylie's apartment

"Malia" Kylie said quietly

"Yes Ky" Malia replied eyes still focused on the road

"Would you want to come to my apartment" Kylie asked shyly half regretting asking Malia

"I would love to" Malia said arriving to Kylie's apartment

They both get out of the car and into the apartment complex as they aproach the elevator Kylie grabs Malia's hand a squezzes it they get up to Kylie's apartment Kylie goes straight to her room and lays on her bed face down Malia makes her way into Kylie's room and sits on the edge of her bed

"Kylie are you ok?" Malia questiones

Kylie just looks up to Malia and gives her a weak smile and nod Malia is quite confused because she can clearly see tear stains on Kylie's cheek and her eyes were a slight tint of red but she just left it if Kylie didn't directly tell her she was upset she wouldn't pry it out of her and Kylie will tell her on her own terms when she was ready and comfortable

They stayed in a comfortable almost silence the noise coming from Malia's phone Malia didn't know what to do this is only the second time Malia has been in this situation and didn't really know what was happening so she didn't know what to do she felt bad because she weren't helping but what could she do

She decided to see if google had answers for her she typed 'how to help your friend who says they are fine but are clearly not and will not talk' this was a strech to search but if it give her some sort of answers she would be happy

The first thing that popped up was that she could be going through something called a burn out which is caused by stress and it means she physical wont do anything because she feels exhausted Malia's mind takes her back through last week and all the stress Kylie could be going through and she thought taking her on the cast outing just made it worse Malia mentally beating herself up and calling herself stupid

"Stupid" She aciedentlly said out loud earning a look from Kylie

"Hmmm" Kylie murmered

"Nothing Ky" Malia said her hand rising to her temples and gently rubbing on them

It had been a couple days and Malia would pop in to see Kylie and bring her lunch and dinner as she had done more reasearch at home of how to help Kylie get back to 100% each time though Kylie would still be face down on her bed in her same clothes as she was when they went on the cast outing

This got to the point Malia weren't sleeping at night worrying about Kylie

Malia was going to go out to lunch with Morgan and Ruby hopefully to take her mind of it because it was kind of taking a toll on Malia

Morgan picks up Ruby and Malia and go to lunch

They are eating but every few minutes Malia zones out and Morgan notices but doesn't make it obvious insted Morgan holds Malia's hand.
