After that dramatic event, Zero was guarding from the outside near your window. You closed the curtain, throwing yourself on the bed knowing that everything was pointless now. You felt like you lost all hope that you will never see your boyfriend again. It felt like a forbidden love, it always was, but it never felt like it until now.

Feeling hopeless, you sobbed between the pillows while hugging it. You will miss him holding you, and telling you three words that made you feel like you were walking on air: I love you. You didn't know what to do. The people who were against has restricted you from ever seeing him again. How could you go up against them if they were physically stronger than you? You hate to admit it, but you knew that you couldn't do something crazy by hurting them to make your way to Hanabusa, because you knew that you would be the first one on the ground. All aspiration was lost, you thought, until...

You heard someone knocking on your window. You were surprised by the sudden noise, and opened the curtain. You saw the person that you wanted to see most, and excitedly opened the window to let him in. "Hanabusa!" You threw your arms around him, squeezing him tight. 

"I missed you." 

"I missed you too..." 

"I would love to hold you like this longer, but you need to pack your things." 

"What..? What do you mean?" 

"(Y/N)..." He grabbed both of your hands. "Run away with me."

You were shocked by that sudden request and unsure at the same time. "Where do you plan on taking me?" 

"Anywhere but here. As long as I'm with you, I don't care." 

"Also... How did you get here? I thought you were being guarded too, and Zero..." 

"I knocked all of them out." 

"You WHAT?! Hanabusa... When they come to, you're going to be in so much trouble..." 

"Not if they ever find me, I mean us." 

You looked down and looked him in the eye, grabbing his hand. "I will go with you." 

"I knew you would. Now... Get your things. Hurry!" Aido said.

After packing your stuff, you escaped the academy with the one you love. "Operation escape the academy is a success!" Aido said. 

"But where do we go now?" 

"I told you. I don't mind as long as I'm with you." He kissed you on the cheek. 

"Don't tease me..." Your cheeks were burning.

"Want to walk around for a bit?" 

"We already are, so yeah." You responded with a laugh.

The both of you were walking in the empty town that gave off an eerie atmosphere. "Remember the first time coming here together?" 

"Yeah. You forced me to go on a date with you, and then we were attacked by that monster." 

"Sorry... I couldn't help myself. Also, I was glad that you were able to defend yourself. I wouldn't have made it in time to protect you, and I would've gone crazy. You can do that again, right?" 

"Of course I can! I'm stronger than I look!" 

 "That's my girl!" He paused for a moment, and his whole demeanor suddenly changed. "(Y/N)..."

"Yes?"

"I'm sorry..." 

"For what?" 

"I'm sorry for hurting you. I know that I did. That's why I had to hurt others to get to you. I know you don't like the sound of that, but... You do crazy things when you're in love." He rubbing the back of his head.
