Chapter One

I see my parents chatting near the fireplace while drinking wine I come near them "Mommy, Daddy?" 

they now both facing me "what is it princess? why are you still not sleeping?" said my father while 

looking at me with a smile "but I can't sleep!" I told them, then pout my lips

 "can I go outside? mommy pleeeeeease!" giving then my best puppy eyes look.

 My father chuckle and my mom shake her head "ok, ok but don't go too far from the cabin it's already dark outside and you might lost your way back."

 "thanks mom." then I kiss them both then I started to grab my bag and put my shoes then run outside.

Yearly my parents rented this cabin near the river it has three rooms, one toilet and bath, kitchen, and a fireplace. It is very cozy and surround with the most amazing view. 

The night was cold and i'm glad that I am wearing a jacket, the moon shine brightly that's why I can see my way, I decided to walk to the river and pick some stone then suddenly I hear someone crying near the bush, as I get nearer and nearer my heartbeat become faster and the cry become louder then I saw a boy older than me maybe between 6 to 9 crying while looking to the moon.

 "why are you crying?" I ask him with a concern look, he look at me with shock then wipe his face and eyes then look again to the moon, I sit beside him but he still looking to the moon, I notice he has many bruises and his lower lip is bleeding I grab my towel then dipped to the river and dump it to his lips then he winced "ouch!" he said while looking at me with his blue piercing eyes

 "i- i'm sorry I don't want to hurt you I- I just want to clean your wound, mommy told me if you don't clean your wound immediately it got infection." he look at me in shock and I can't understand why

  "why do you care. go away I don't need you!" then he pushed me, 

I stand up and sit in front of him then smile, he look at me with amuse look "why are you still here?" 

"I can't leave you because your sad and mr. moom doesn't like it look his smiling at us." he look up 

"your crazy." then he smile

 "you smiled!, you smiled!" I shout while holding his shoulder and shake him

  "ouch!" he winced and I remove my hands in his shoulder look at him puzzled then I saw him rubbing his shoulder, he look like his going to cry, I shift near him and rub his shoulder gently then chant "pain, pain, go away" three times, he look at me with amusement to his eyes then say 

"thats enough, i'm fine now tha..." 

"Alexa! Alexaaaa!" my mom shouted calling my name

 "oh, that's my mommy, I need to go now bye!" 

"wait! can we meet again tomorrow?" 

"we can't" 

"why?"

"because where going back home tomorrow, but every year we go here for vacation" 

"ok, I am going to wait you in here next year same time"

"ok, wait! I have a problem I probably wouldn't remember you by that time, but you need to promise me that you will still remember me and by the time that you see me again you are going to remind me this again, promise?" then I raise my pinky and we do the pinky promise 

"I promise, but why are you going to foget this" he ask 

and I answered

 "because I am dumb."

It's been a long time since I had that dream but the only thing that I can remember is "because I am dumb" urghh... I hate it every time it happens, suddenly my phone is ringing I get it to see the caller ID then answer "hello! aunt Isabelle." I hear she is crying then

"hello Alexa? yo your d...ad a...nd mo....m"
