Let's ignore that

It was a cozy evening at the Avengers compound, and the atmosphere was electric with excitement as fans tuned in for a live Q&A session featuring their beloved heroes, Bucky Barnes and Sam Wilson. The two had quickly become favorites among fans, their chemistry palpable as they chatted about everything from the latest missions to their favorite hobbies.

As the stream progressed, Bucky, ever the cuddle bug, found himself sinking deeper into the plush couch next to Sam. The warmth of his boyfriend's body was too comforting, and before long, he dozed off, resting his head against Sam's shoulder.

The chat exploded with love for the adorable scene unfolding on screen. Fans flooded the comments with heart emojis and affectionate messages. "Look at them! Goals!" scrolled by as Sam struggled to maintain his composure while sitting next to the sleeping super-soldier.

Just as Sam was about to nudge Bucky awake, a sudden loud crash reverberated through the compound. The ceiling panel shattered, sending debris tumbling to the floor. Stunned, Sam jumped up, waking Bucky, who blinked groggily, trying to comprehend what had just happened.

From the gaping hole above, a figure tumbled down, landing with a thud in the middle of the room. It was a young woman with tousled hair, a mischievous grin, and an unwrapped sandwich in her hand. She was on the phone, seemingly unfazed by the catastrophic entrance. "Yeah, Bella, I'll call you back," she said, her voice casual. "What? Sup, bruh?" She stuffed half of the sandwich into her mouth, her eyes scanning over the confused Avengers.

Sam and Bucky exchanged bewildered looks, while the other Avengers, gathered nearby, blinked in surprise but seemed to treat the incident as if it were just another day in their extraordinary lives.

The woman nonchalantly began to crawl back up into the hole in the ceiling, the sandwich still in her mouth and the phone wedged between her shoulder and ear. "Just hanging out at the Avengers' compound! Nothing special!" she continued, her casual demeanor perplexing everyone as she disappeared above.

"Well, that was... something," Bucky finally murmured, still half-asleep and trying to process the surreal turn of events.

"Yeah, just another Tuesday for us," Sam replied, rolling his eyes but smiling at Bucky, who was now fully awake. "You alright, Buck?"

Surrounded by laughter echoed in the room as Natasha quipped, "Guess this is why we never get to have a normal Q&A."

"Right?" Clint chimed in, chuckling. "We should really start charging for these wild interruptions. They're worth at least five bucks a pop!"

Bucky couldn't help but laugh too, the warmth of their camaraderie enveloping him. He wrapped an arm around Sam's shoulder, pulling him close again. "You know, I think we should just have our own segment where we ignore everything going on around us," he suggested, and the fans in the live chat erupted in support.

"Forget the Q&A, let's just cuddle and see how much chaos we can ignore," Sam agreed, winking at the camera.

In the chaotic life of the Avengers, where grounded moments could easily be interrupted by a crash from above, that was exactly what they did—lightheartedly diving back into their chat about favorite snacks, oblivious to the antics of a girl named Alayna munching on a sandwich somewhere above them.

This wasn't the first oddity to happen in their lives, and it certainly wouldn't be the last, but surrounded by friends, love, and a community that adored them, Bucky and Sam were perfectly content, even if the ceiling had its own ideas about party crashing. Little did they know, Alayna would eventually become a fan favorite herself, supporting the adorable couple from above and crashing into their lives unexpectedly, sandwich in hand.
