Author's POV:-

Aree Nisha ...tu yaha?? Both Ankit and Vaani get up from their seat.

Without answering Nisha's eyes search for someone asking , 'Krish kaha hain??'

Vaani held her hand, 'Woh Krish counter pe gaya hain snacks lane...tab tak yaha baeth na hum log k paas Nisha'

Saying she eyed Ankit asking if she heard what they were talking about krish. To which Ankit just shake his head saying 'dont know'.

At that time, Krish were coming towards their table with the plate of snacks as his eyes falls on Nisha.

'Nishu !!' he calls her.

He rush towards her placing the plate ..

'Tu yaha kya kar rahi hain?? Mein bataya na ki aj college mat aa phir kyu ayi ??' he scolds her.

As Krish scolded her, Nisha barely registered his words. Her mind seemed to slow down, and all she could see was him ---his hidden love behind it...

Her heart sank as she realized how blind she had been all this time. Here was Krish, who had stood by her through every storm, who had always priotorized her well-being, who had always made her laugh, and who cared so deeply for her that even his scolding was filled with love. She could feel her eyes welling up.

How could I have been so foolish? she thought.

While I chased after Vishal, someone like Krish was right here, quietly caring for me, watching out for me without asking for anything in return. In that moment, she knew she'd been chasing a rock, ignoring the real diamond that was right in front of her.

As Krish gently cupped her face, Nisha's tears spilled over, and he immediately softened, brushing his thumbs over her cheeks, trying to soothe her.

"Aee aee Nishu, tu ro mat yaar... You know I'm terrible at this. I never know how to console someone who's crying," he mumbled, sounding almost helpless. His attempt to comfort her brought a small sob to her lips as she lowered her gaze, feeling a storm of emotions rise within her.

He sighed, glancing around and noticing the curious stares from nearby tables.

Not wanting to make her feel exposed, he gently guided her to a quieter corridor where they could have a moment of privacy. She followed him, sitting down as he knelt in front of her, his face a mix of frustration and care.

"Nishu," he began softly, his gaze earnest and tender.

"I've told you so many times, from the very start, to stay away from Vishal. I warned you not to get too close, that he wasn't good for you... but you didn't listen. You thought I was just exaggerating, didn't you?" His thumb brushed away the fresh tears streaming down her face.

He wasn't scolding her, not really-his voice was filled with a quiet sadness, as if he wished he could have shielded her from this pain.

She looked into his eyes, realizing he had no idea why she was really crying. He thought her tears were for Vishal, that she was heartbroken over losing someone who hadn't truly valued her. But that wasn't it at all. She was crying for him... for Krish, the one who had always been there, the one she had foolishly overlooked.

With a sad smile, he continued, "It's okay, Nishu. We all make mistakes; that's how we learn. Just... forget about Vishal. He was never worthy of you. I'm sure one day, you'll find someone who'll love you the way you deserve."

His voice grew quieter, as if he was holding back something deeper, and he finished with a bittersweet whisper,

"Someone who'll love you immensely..."

'Kyu pyaar karta hain itna mujhse yaar??' she whisper slowly..

He stops hearing her as he looks at her shockingly.

She smiles sadly, 'Meine toh kabhi tere feelings samajh hi nahi payi...tere andar ka pyaar mujhe kabhi dikha e nahi..ulta tujhe hi galat samjha..'

Krish quickly looked away, his face tense as he tried to compose himself. He stood up, running a hand through his hair, trying to brush off the conversation.

"Tu kya bol rahi hain yaar? Kya feelings... kaunsi feelings?"

She stood up, taking a step closer, and without a second thought, she lightly hit him on the chest. He looked down, startled, his eyes widening at the unexpected gesture.

"Bas kar yaar, aur kitna acting karega?" she demanded, her tone a mix of frustration and affection.

"Kitna chupayega yaar?"

"Mein kuch nahi chupa raha, jo sach hain wahi bata raha hu," he mumbled, quickly looking away as a tear escaped down his cheek. He tried to hide it, but before he could step back, she moved closer, wrapping her arms around him and resting her head just above his heart.

He froze, his breath hitching as he felt her warmth. "Hmm... isliye toh tera heartbeat itna tez ho raha hain," she murmured, letting out a sad chuckle. She could feel his heart racing beneath her cheek, a silent confession he couldn't hide.

"Why didn't you tell me, Krish?" she asked softly, lifting her gaze to meet his. "You should have told me... maybe things could've been different."

He let out a bitter laugh, wiping his tears with the back of his hand. "Bata k kya karta, Nishu? Tab toh tu Vishal ke bohot close ho chuki thi... aur bata bhi diya hota toh kya hota? Tu thodi na meri hoti."

He paused, a sad smile on his lips.

"Aur pyaar kabhi kisi reason se nahi hota... bas ho jata hain. Chahe chhupana padhe, ya bas dil mein dabak rehna padhe."

After a quiet pause, still wrapped in his embrace, she spoke softly.

"Tu believe karega... agar mein kahu ki mein tujhse pyaar karne lagi hu?"
