It was a beautiful day, with a clear blue sky and fluffy clouds drifting peacefully overhead. Hidden away from praying eyes stood a tranquil village, isolated from other towns and villages, designed to live in peace, far from the ravages of war.

Mei, is a petite and average height at 5'5", and 22 years old, emerged from her small, single-person hut, greeting everyone she passed with a small wave and a bright smile. Mei had lived each day with a fierce determination to train ever since her parents had kicked her out at the tender age of eight.

Leaving the village behind, Mei made her way to her secret training spot. Breaking through the dense trees, she emerged into an expansive clearing, dotted with various training tools—punching bags hanging from tree branches, weights, and dummies waiting to be tested. She'd acquired all these items from the village's training grounds, never quite understanding why she felt the need to push herself so hard. But soon, she would.

Mei began her routine, her movements fluid and fierce. Rapid punches, swift kicks, each executed with precision. Finally, she focused all her strength into a single, powerful punch, obliterating the training dummy on contact. Wiping her forehead with the back of her hand, she walked over to her water bottle, taking slow, measured sips.

After a brief rest, she resumed her training. The drive within she was a burning desire to prove herself—not just to the people of her village, but to her parents who had cast her out. She refused to let their rejection break her spirit . She would fight, and she would be accepted. Mei's determination was unyielding, her spirit indomitable.

From his vantage point above, Raiden watched Mei with a keen eye. Her every move spoke volumes about her resolve and inner strength. Each punch and kick was delivered with precision and a fierce determination that intrigued him. The essence bestowed upon her by Goddess Aurora was unmistakable, and it was clear that she possessed a rare potential.

Raiden's eyes glowed faintly as he observed her, his thoughts filled with the conversation he had with Aurora. She had chosen Mei to carry her essence, to be a beacon of hope and strength for Earthrealm. No one else knew, but Raiden was entrusted with the secret, to watch over her and ensure her growth.

Mei obliterated the training dummy with a final, powerful punch. Raiden noted her exhaustion, yet also her unyielding spirit as she took a moment to rest and hydrate. She was driven by a need to prove herself, to show her worth to those who had doubted her, especially her parents who had cast her out.

"Her determination is formidable," Raiden murmured to himself, a mixture of admiration and concern in his voice. He could see the pain that fueled her, but also the strength that had grown from it.

As she resumed her training, Raiden made his decision. He would test her resolve, strength, and will to survive. With a flicker of lightning, he descended from his perch, ready to meet the young warrior and guide her on the path she was destined to follow.
