Chapter 2: All the Little Things!

Previously on Sourire, Dawn and her friend from France, Serena Zay-Yvonne, just started their first year at the prestigious 'Indigo Academy', being Serena's first day at a new university she quickly made new friends at the uni, with the help of Dawn, there she also met Dawn's big brother Ashton Ketchum, who's a sophomore now and also captains the schools association football team, with Serena now serving as the captain of the cheerleading squad, after Amelia Myers, a senior, decided to retire from cheerleading after a series of injuries hampering her from cheering the university football team.
We now go and join Ashton and Serena on their first date, after the two agreed to meet today and Ash also wanted to show Serena the compay that he works for, his family company, Serena decided to apply for a fashion consultant position at the company, assisting the Sinnoh native fashion designer Paris Guinand, who comes originally from Marseille, and who's also Serena's acquintance and a great friend of hers too, apart from just being Paris' friend, Serena and Paris have also collaborated on a number of occassiobs together, we now go inside the company and go to Ash and Serena who are in the cafeteria of the company, drinking their morning coffee and having breakfast together, their first date together.
"So?" Serena says, extending the 'o' in the sentence
"What?" Ash says
"Did you tell your family about us?" Serena says, eager to know if Ash told his family about him and Serena
"Well, in fact, my mom, got the best out of me!" Ash says, while he and Serena order breakfast
"Que veux-tu dire, Ashy?" Serena says, with raising an eyebrow
"I mean that, she made me tell them, sorry!" Ash says, nervous and scratching his back of the head
Serena can't help herself, but, adore this side of Ashton, who literally gets up and kisses her boyfriend's cheek
"No, don't be sorry Ash-bear!" Serena says, as she gets up and plants a kiss on his cheek "In fact, if it makes you feel any better, I told my family about us too! They were happy that we two are dating!" Serena says, as she returns to her seat
"I'm glad, in fact my family and yours, are friends, they went to the same university together! It feels like, a weight has been lifted off of my shoulders!" Ash says
"Yes I know dear, my mom told me that she was friends with your mother and father, your uncles and aunt too!" Serena says
As Serena and Ash are enjoying their breakfast, before Serena can begin her first day at work, sending the paperwork is just a custom, because Ashton spoke with his big brother Red along with Red's girlfriend Miette about Serena, since Miette and Serena are cousins and practically are like sister's from another mother, so both Ashton and Miette said some good words to Red about Serena
Now where was I... oh yeah, as I was saying as Ash and Serena were continuing to eat, Shauna, who's another of Serena's friends and who's the girlfriend of Calem, Ashton' fraternal twin, comes down, when Shauna comes down and sees that the potential new co-worker of hers is non-other than her friend Serena, she immediately starts to run and hugs Serena.
"Serena?" Shauna says, as she comes downstairs
"Shauna?" Serena says, as she sees Shauna coming down from the stairs
The girls then hug each other, and exchange kisses on the cheek, the two then proceed to hug one another and then talk about their life and what they've been up to.
