The Princess and Her Knight

Full Story

Two Months have passed since the Spade Cybernetics Incident, The Infinity Knight is well recognized as the hero of the city. One day he sees a truck full of stolen weaponry and chases it down through the rooftops.

However, he sees a young woman, around the same age as the Knight himself, clad in silver armor, reminiscent of a medieval knight and beautiful pink hair topped with a silver crown standing in front of the truck. The Knight jumps down to get her out of the way.

"Ma'am you need to get out of the way, you're gonna get hit!" The Knight said.

"Don't worry, I got this!" The young woman replied.

The young woman throws a fireball at the truck, setting the engine on fire and causing it to crash. The Knight is impressed with her abilities and was curious to know her identity.

"Hey, what is your name?" The Knight asked.

"I am Princess Lilyanne Kiya Bentley, the heiress of the Avelon Kingdom." Kiya replied.

"Wait, Princess? what happened to the Queen of Avelon?" The Knight asked again.

"That's.... a private matter" Kiya replied, with a sad tone.

The Knight understood her response.

"Anyways, what are you doing here in Winchester?" The Knight asked again.

"Are you gonna ask me questions all day? or are you gonna let me do my job?" The Princess replied in a slightly irritated tone.

Just when the Knight would reply, the back door of the truck busts open, with a man in a silver mask fall down to crawl out, only to find the two heroes in his path.

"You god damn heroes, you just destroyed all of my Weapons! I was gonna sell them off, make a couple bucks, y'know, my job!" Umbra shouted.

"Two on one?" The Knight asked.

"Gladly" Kiya replied.

"You forget who you're dealing with, I got a sword of my own!" Umbra replies as he pulls out his Black Steel Sword.

The Knight and Kiya pull out their swords to engage on a two on one fight, Umbra kicks the Knight down, while Kiya makes a quick slash of flames with her sword, knocking the Arms Dealer back. Knight throws a flash grenade at Umbra, briefly blinding him.

This gives the perfect opportunity for the two heroes to perform a double kick to Umbra, knocking him back, hitting the crashed truck. Kiya has her sword to his neck.

"Okay, okay, I tap out, I tap out." Umbra said.

The Winchester Police Department arrived and arrested Umbra. A crowd of fangirls arrive to the two heroes position, much to the heroes surprise.

"Oh my god, you're Princess Kiya!" one of the girls said.

"You're working with the Knight!" another girl said.

"Hey, are you two dating?" another girl said.

"Alright, clear out." a Police officer said to the girls.

"Oh yeah, you must be the Infinity Knight, the hero of this city, and the one who got Lydia Crystallis incarcerated." Kiya said.

"Oh yeah, I was gonna tell you that." The Knight replied.

"Say, one of those girls did get me thinking, are you free to date?" Kiya playfully asks.

"No, I'm already seeing someone." The Knight replied.

"Oh...." Kiya replied.

"Anyways, I gotta head out, personal reasons." The Knight said.

"Until next we meet Knight." Kiya replied.

When the Knight walked away, a hidden drone captured the footage, transmitting it back to a hidden base.

CAV HIDDEN BASE

An interior screen showing, with a dark shadowy figure in dark robes and a black mask with red eyes watching the screen. A CAV Captain, a woman clad in Bronze Armor walks into the room, giving the report.

"Sir, Umbra has failed his task of delivering the weapon." Captain Glass reported.

"A slight delay in our bigger plan. It wasn't our top priority yet, we still have yet to enact our main plan, it'll be a while, but the CAV will succeed." Exorn the shadowy figure replied.

"We are awaiting your orders sir." Captain Glass said.

"Don't worry my Empress, you will be freed soon." Exorn says, vowing it will be done.
