Ghosts

It was nighttime. It was very cloudy, and dark.

Bonfire.

'This is spooky.' Truffles started.

Yawn. 'It's dark, what do you expect?' Pancetti gruffly asked.

'Well, what if it's dark enough for ghosts to appear? What if 1 sneaks up on us and we don't know about it until it happens?'

Sly laughed. 'Please! The only chance we have of seeing ghosts is if 1 comes up through this bonfire!'

Thunder clap.

Everyone jumped.

'Now THAT'S a ghost!' Truffles exclaimed.

'Ugh. Scaredy cats!' Pancetti groaned.
