May 9th 1998, 53rd anniversary of Victory Day
Somewhere in the CSTO military research facility in the outskirts of Moscow
Inazuman researcher: So I have an idea
Estovansk researcher: What?
Inazuman researcher: I have proposed an idea where a single super soldier can deploy hologram units that can cause damage to our enemies through the use of a physical device that could detect collisions to therefore create damage or lethal attacks against our enemies
Balkan researcher: That's quite ambitious, too ambitious, don't you think
Inazuman researcher: Well I proposed this plan because of the so-called manpower exhaustion so that our men will have less casualties while the holograms will do the job
Russian researcher: Well he's technically right. But will the device be portable?
Inazuman researcher: Yes, it'll be like some handheld tablet of some sort
Balkan researcher: But who's going to try it then?
Russian researcher: I know one dude. Clevercookie, he's the commander of the 89th Mechanized Brigade
Inazuman researcher: You mean the author of that other story he made called Three Worlds Two Fronts?
Russian researcher: Yes, let's try it on him once we are finished building the first prototype
Meanwhile in the Victory Day parade
Clevercookie: For the motherland!
Soldiers: Ura!
Clevercookie in narrator form: Ah yes, Victory Day, the time where we kicked Nazi ass. Thank God my unit participated in the parade seeing my comrades in arms from the CIS, the Balkan Federation, Inazuma and Estovansk. To be honest,we were marching along Red Square saluting proudly to Boris Yeltsin, Slobodan Miloševic, Raiden Shogun and Y/N, the prominent leaders for the CSTO alliance
Back to the researchers
Russian researcher: I finished the first half
Inazuman researcher: I finished the second half
Balkan researcher: I finished the last part
Estovansk researcher: Then we assemble the parts
Clevercookie in narrator form: I see, the researchers are giving me something, a handheld superweapon. Nice
Perspective of the leaders
Y/N: Thank you President Yeltsin for inviting us
Raiden Shogun: Yeah
Slobodan Miloševic: Your army is the greatest
Boris Yeltsin: No need to thank me, Russia has been known to be resilient at all costs
Y/N: Who's that tough guy marching over there?
Boris Yeltsin: That's Clevercookie, the commander of the 89th Mechanized Brigade, one of the most dangerous units of the CIS.
Raiden Shogun: In addition, some of my generals fell over heels of that guy
Boris Yeltsin: Typical
Y/N: Hehe
Hours later after the Victory Day parade
FSB agent: *approaches Clevercookie* Clevercookie, the CSTO wants to give you this device
Clevercookie: Что это?( What's this?)
FSB agent: A hologram army device known as Project Osoweic, since it's connected to a satellite, you can deploy a hologram army and it can deal damage to our enemies.
Clevercookie: Pretty neat, not gonna lie
FSB agent: However, it's a prototype so you'll be experiencing some issues with it
Clevercookie: Alright
FSB agent: Before I go, President Yeltsin and Raiden Shogun want to see you
Clevercookie: You got it
Several hours later
Clevercookie: I'm here
Boris Yeltsin: There's my comrade, listen, we got a mission for you. Raiden Shogun will give us details
Raiden Shogun: You see, Liyue wants to be a member of the CSTO, however, due to Fatui influence, it has fallen under the control of the Fatui, the main army of Snezhnaya. So, I want you to lead your 89th Mechanized Brigade so that we can make way for the Inazuman 26th Armored Division and the Estovansk Marines. So are you up to the task with that new device of yours?
Clevercookie: Yes indeed, I'm up to it. Glad to serve under the CSTO
Raiden Shogun: Good, get ready though
Boris Yeltsin: And expect tough resistance from those fools because they're battle hardened. You're dismissed
Y/N: Damn, that kid is on fire, might as well send in the Estovansk 1992nd Crni Bombaderi air regiment for support. What could go wrong with the future operation?
Boris Yeltsin: Y/N, I expect that you'll provide our units with air support ASAP once Clevercookie's units will land in Liyue
Y/N: As always, the Estovansk Air Force will be proud of its history of literal air raids against our enemies in the worst ways possible
Raiden Shogun: I suggest we dismiss ourselves to handle our people
Boris Yeltsin: That's what I'm about to say but anyways, we're now dismissed. See you guys in a few or some months.
