Scarlett's POV:
The moment Felix and I reached Cindy's place, we were greeted by her golden retriever energy. "Hello guys, come on in." She greeted and gave me a tight hug. "You look stunning, Scarlett."
I tucked my hair behind my ear, "thank you, Cindy. You're the sweetest." Ever since I met Cindy, there was never a day where I thought I needed another friend. She was there for me for everything.
I still wonder how we became friends. Cindy has a golden retriever personality, she's known for being bubbly. She makes friends easily and can talk to strangers without getting awkward. On the other hand, I was introvert. Sometimes while interacting with my fans, I get so awkward and nervous that I wonder they think of me as a bad person. Although, that was far from the truth. I deeply appreciate and care about my fans, because at the end of the day, if my friends from the modelling industry turn their backs on me, at least I will have my fans to support me. That is why I always remind myself to be as friendly and get out of my comfort zone for my fans.
"You got her all flustered, Cindy," commented Felix as he snaked his arm around my waist. Cindy's gaze turned away from me to Felix as she nodded in response and gave a forced smile.
Felix looked at me but I had my eyes down to the ground because I didn't want any drama to take place. It was my best friend and my boyfriend and I wasn't picking sides.Felix let go of me and left to catch up with some guys. "Cindy... I told you to be nice." I shrugged.
"I- Scarlett. I told you, I don't like him, never did, and never will." She responded as she looked up at the ceiling and then looked at me.
Cindy told me from the beginning that according to her sources, Felix's been a womanizer all his life. But I don't believe that, Felix had told me about that before. He told me he had changed the moment he started making movies and he had casual sexual relationships in high school.
"That was when he was in high school. He's a grown man. He's changed," I assured her. I knew she was worried about me, I knew she didn't want me to be left with a broken heart but, Felix makes me feel over the moon and I knew I had to make her understand that.
"Scarlett, no. Listen to me. More than half of the girls who went to high school with Felix have spoke about this and multiple-" I cut her off. "That's bullshit. Felix would never do that."
"Scarlett, please. Just hear me out. There are models across the globe who have admitted to the fact that they've slept with Felix and about his womanizer attitude. I have proof too. And the worst part is he's-"
I interrupted because this topic was really getting on my nerves however, I tried to control my anger as I could feel Felix's burning gaze at me. "Cindy, not today. I swear, we'll talk about this later."
She shaked her head as she gave up, "this isn't over yet." She turned around and announced. "Hey, losers. Let's play a game of Truth or Dare. Make a circle." She announced as she hurriedly made drinks for the two of us and made her way to the group of people sitting in a circle.
Sitting in front of us was Alex, Cindy's situationship. He took the last sip of his beer as he put the glass bottle on the floor carefully and spinned the bottle. "This is gonna be fun," Cindy whispered as she nudged my shoulder playfully and I chuckled in return.
It were only twelve people. She had only invited a very small number of people, though I believe that Cindy hosts parties bigger than this. Ignoring the fact, I focused on the game. The bottle landed on Felix and the people surrounding him went hyper.
"Truth." Felix chose as he relaxed himself on the ground.
"Have you and Scarlett done the deed yet?" One of the guys asked and laughed.
