The bestest friend i ever had

Chapter 2

alisha's p.o.v

last night was pretty cool. Lisa was terified, I wasnt too bad a couple of times I had to hide in jai's shoulder but I dont think lisa managed to watch any of the film because for the first half she was hiding in luke's shoulder and by the second half she had fell asleep on luke's shoulder. Luke left her there till the end of the film and then said goodnight to us and put her and himself to bed. I adored luke and lisa's friendship. Everyone knows that luke likes lisa more than a friend and has done for years. Everyone but lisa that is.

I wake up in jai's arms which is where I want to stay forever, but its 7 am and I have an an hour and a half to get ready for school. I normally get up at 6 am but its a way shorter distance from lisa's house to school. I slide out of jai's arms because I have decided to let him sleep for a little longer.

I creep upstairs to lisa's bedroom and see her and luke all cute and cuddled up but I know that she would kill me if I didnt wake her up now. So I wake her up. Then we head to her bathroom to get ready half an hour later when we have both managed to do our hair and a bit of our make up we decide that we should prank the boys before waking them. Lisa has some wash out after a day hair dye so we get to work. We died the ends of luke's hair pink and some streaks of jai's pink. We then woke them up and while they got dressed we finished our make up. Then we let them use the bathroom for their hair.

"what the hell"

"Lili"

"Ali"

the twins shouted.

They ran out and chased us down the stairs and around the house until they caught us both and we all got in a tickle fight.

"stop stop I cant breath" I mouthed to jai.

Of course he didnt listen.

When luke and jai thought the punishment was suitable enough they stopped and finished getting ready while me and lisa did the same.

By the time we were all ready it was 8 and we were going to be late because school starts at quarter past.

" were going to be late guys" I said.

" yeah we know." lisa replied while opening the door and shooing everyone out.

She then locked the door and we set off to school.

It took us 20 minuites to walk because were slow walkers. So we were already 5 mins late and then we went to our lockers and got told off by mrs heard for being late. I then went to give jai a hug before heading to history with luke and frankie. We just watched a film and talked over it as per usual. Then I went to geography with emilie, jai and luke. Me and jai just sat at the back with our arms around each other I swear our teacher, miss braden is blind, or she may just be a hopeless romantic.

Then it was lunch. I went to dinner with everyone and luke and jai got in a mini food fight and got kicked out of the dinner hall. It was pretty funny tbh.

Then it was art with jai and lisa. We were drawing eachother. It was really funny because I think jai was the only one taking it seiriously. Lets just say I turned lisa into a unicorn and she turned jai into a lepracorn. But when we showed eachother jai had drawn a really pretty picture of me. I gave him a massive hug and put it in my bag so I could put It on my wall when I went home. Then it was english with jai and lisa again. We had to write poems so to thank jai for the drawing I wrote him a poem. It was all going to plan until mr gren asked me to read it out.

"You are the sun that shines bright throughout my day,
You are the gravity that holds me down in every way.
You are the moon that shimmers throughout my night,
You are stars that glimmer oh so bright.

You are the oxygen that keeps me alive,
You are my heart that beats inside.

We plan our future as if we have a clue,

I want to be with you for the rest of my life." I read out while blushing a crimson colour.

Some laughed, others had tears in their eyes, jai blushed and lisa cried.

After that I went to science with emilie, sarah and chloe. It was pretty fun we made rockets and launched them, my rocket was the best it was pink and mint green and it was just amazing. It won.

After school jai was waiting for me at the gates.

"baby that poem was amazing I love you." he whispered into my ear after kissing my temple.

I text my mum telling her that jai was coming for tea.

We walked home hand in hand until we got to my house about half an hour later. We went up to my bedroom once we got in I put step brothers on since it was mine and jai's favourite film. We cuddled up on my bed and watched the film. I got up 5 minuites in to the film because I forgot to put up my picture. I got out the picture and some blu-tac out my draw and put it on my wall.

"im going to frame it but I need to get a cute frame first." I said.

Jai came behind me wrapping his arms around my waist and kissing my neck softly.

Then mum shouted us for dinner.

We went down for dinner and mum had cooked us my favourite dish- pasta bake.

No one talked much throughout dinner. Just odd comments like me and jai complementing the food and mum asking us how school was. After tea me and jai went back to my room and put the film back on and again snuggled up. I knew jai wasent aloud to sleep over so I knew he would have to go soon since it was already coming close to ten.

" what time are you leaving." I asked jai.

" never." he whispered jokingly in my ear.

I fell asleep soon after that and awoke with jai still in my arms.

so ... i forgot to write on the bottom of the last one. I know how annoying some of the author notes can be so I might not always write a message but thanks for reading - Alisha <3
