You would expect a lot to happen in the following week after so much happened in one day alone, but you would be wrong.

Yes Victim wanted to come by Second's room again, yes Second wouldn't mind to expand Victim's knowledge on touch, but with Second not wanting to come off as too forward or pushy and Victim's back feeling healed by an angel, therefore no real reason to visit again, they were both stuck in this awkward spot where they wanted to develop their connection smoothly and subtly, yet without a reasonable excuse, any advancement would be obvious.

Obvious isn't bad but when one doesn't want to ruin their first ever friendship and the other doesn't want to push boundaries, being subtle is really the only good option.

The only thing worth mentioning about this week is that they didn't stop interacting. Casual talks, smiles across the room, they even started to hold hands at one point! And none of this went unnoticed by the others.

It was especially obvious when Alan was around. Although there was peace between the two, Victim was still pretty scared of him and would stick by Second most of the time, clinging onto him even. They looked like a scared, wet cat clinging onto Second for protection.

While it was cute at first, Red and Green agreed that they were taking too damn long. Blue and Yellow on the other hand thought it would be better to not get involved, but Christmas colors over here didn't think so.

And they started plotting. What could make Victim and Second finally get closer? Maybe they were already close but only in private? Then so be it, RGBY are leaving for the day!

"Alright genius, where are we staying then?" Yellow asked, as all four of them sat in Green's room.

"Easy, we're staying at Purple's."

"You really think King and Purple will let us stay at their house just because you and Red want to pair up Second and Victim?"

"Trust me blueberry," "Don't call me that." "I've been keeping Purple updated on this, they'll be willing to let us stay." Green pulled out his phone and typed away their plan to Purple.

Tuesday rolled around just in time for the four to put their plan into action.

"Why didn't Purple invite me over too?" Second asked, disappointed.

"Oh. Well. He thought you'd be busy with animation and stuff. So he didn't want to bother you." Green improvised, receiving a deadpan look from Yellow and a raised brow from Victim.

"Oof. Well I do have some projects to finish. Maybe I'll look into those." Red and Green froze at that. However, despite wishing to shake Second and tell him exactly what's happening, they couldn't. So they just smiled and waved goodbye to the two before leaving through the portal.

Second sat down on the couch, sitting in silence as Victim flipped through their book.

"So.. What'd you want to do?"

Victim looked up after putting a bookmark on their page. "I thought you had projects to finish?"

"I could tell they were lying, so I lied back. We have the whole day to ourselves, you know." Second laid down on the couch, bringing the two sticks closer.

Victim's face gained a pink tint from the sudden closeness, closing the book entirely and placing their hand between the two, which Second gently held. "Then.. Can we stay in your room?"

"Sure. Come here-" Second stood up and stretched before picking up Victim in their arms.

"WOAH- I- Forgot you were this strong..." Second laughed at Victim's red face as they walked.
