Chapter Four

~ 2 days later ~
Justin's POV
Today was Kylie's birthday I texted her a small paragraph to wish her a happy birthday, which was:
Today I'm happy for a reason
For you, today is the beginning of a new season.
Today, I want to show you that I care,
With lots of happiness, wishes and love to share
With pride, joy and utmost delight I say
Wish you a very very Happy Birthday!
I put my phone aside and minutes later she replied to my text saying:
Justin! This is so sweet thank you so much. That made my day <3
I smiled as I read the text
thought about inviting Alfredo, Chaz, Ryan and Scooter to the party, If they tease me about anything, I'm going to tell them that, I'm in love with her. Since, i truly am. I also bought a promise ring and some roses and I was going to sing "One Less Lonely Girl" tonight, then ask her and give her the roses and the promise ring. It wasn't as a birthday present though, my birthday present for her was an Epiphone Les Paul Custom Pro Silver Burst. She said she played the guitar so I decided to get her an electric one. I'm really nervous about asking her to date me, since she seemed to hate me when we first met. She's just too beautiful to put into words, her looks, her personality, her unique way of thinking. I found myself smiling at the thought of her. She's just... Perfect. I called Alfredo, Chaz, Ryan, and Scooter and invited them, and I wasn't surprised that they asked if we were dating, and teased me, it was actually annoying but I just shrugged it off, and thought about Kylie.The plan of bringing her to my house was that Bethany will take her to the mall so she can buy new shoes for her prom dress, and then bring her here. I then remembered that I had to go get the food and the cake and prepare the house: the balloons and the decorations. I first got the cake since the store was near my house, then I went to the restaurant that I ordered the food from and in the end I bought 4 bags each one contains 200 balloons, well, since it was a huge party. After I was done with everything, I went back home and settled everything down.

Bethany's POV
I couldn't get any more excited about Kylie's birthday. I was getting ready to go pick her up and go to the mall to go " look for shoes ", then take her to the party. I wore a pink skirt, a white shirt, a jeans jacket and some black shoes, i curled my hair and wore it down, then i put on some eyeliner, mascara, blush and hot pink lipstick and drove to Kylie's. I wore elegant clothes for the party, i was hoping Kylie would also wear elegant clothes. When I got to her house, i called her, she immediately got out wearing a white tank top and a short blue skirt, her hair was straightened and worn down, she also put a white headband, and she had some makeup on her face, she looked really beautiful. I actually was relieved since i wanted her to look like that. She got in my car as I asked her " a skirt? ", she smiled at me and said " it's actually a dress that seems like a skirt and a tank top ", " why are you wearing an elegant outfit with your hair done and all anyways? " i said to her a little bit nervous, not wanting her to know about the party. " i just felt like it " she said confused " how about you ?" . I smiled in relief and said " i felt like it too ", she smiled and nodded and we drove to the mall.
~ 2 hours later~
Kylie's POV
Bethany has been acting really weird lately, I was really tired but I wanted her to find the shoes for prom since it's in two days. " Kylie, let's go " she said " you found some shoes?" I asked surprised " yes " she said hesitantly. " okay but first I want to buy a Dr. Pepper" I said, she just sighed and came with me.
Bethany's POV
I was getting really nervous, I don't want her to have any clue about what's happening but many questions were running through my head, what if she gets suspicious since we're going to Justin's house. I decided to tell her that I want her to meet my friend. I was really deep in my thoughts until Kylie interrupted my thoughts saying " Bethany! Where are we going " I got really nervous and said " Uh, i want you to meet my new friend, she's very nice " Thankfully, she believed an nodded. Just before we got to Justin's house, I texted him telling him to tell everyone to hide.
I parked the car nervously in the parking and lead Kylie to the front door, surprisingly it was already open, i guess Justin opened it for us. Once Kylie stepped her foot in the house, everyone yelled " Surprise Kylie!!" She just starred at everyone, shocked, and tearing up. Then she ran towards me and hugged me and started crying. I whispered to her " Kylie, Justin did all of this" she looked at me and suddenly smiled then ran towards Justin and kissed him on the cheek " Thank you so much Justin" then Jase came over to tell her " Happiest birthday Ky" " Thank you Jase! " she said and hugged him. Just then a guy, whom i guess is Justin's friend shouted " Enough drama now let's party! " I just chuckled while Kylie gave a confused look to Justin.
Kylie's POV
" Ky this is Alfredo" Justin said introducing me to his friends " This is Chaz, and this is Ryan " he continued while pointing to them " and that's Scooter, my manager " i just introduced myself to everyone and we started partying, Justin invited all the celebrities that I've always wanted to meet. He really is a nice guy after all, I guess the media just makes him look bad. I smiled at the thought of him and partied. When it was time for the cake, Alfredo and Chaz brought a huge box and set it on the table, then opened it. Inside, there was a huge pink cake, it was the best cake i've ever seen it even tasted really good. I can't believe Justin did all this to me. It was finally time for the presents, my favorite part. I giggled at my thoughts and watched as everyone came towards me with the presents. Just then, Justin came over and sat next to me with a mic saying " Hold on guys, each and everyone will give Kylie his/her gift but in an alphabetical order." Everyone laughed and Justin continued talking " Now when someone gives Kylie the present, they will say something then Kylie will have her turn to talk and thank him and everything " Just then people started coming towards me each one at his turn and saying stuff like " happy birthday Kylie" and hugging me, some kissed me on the cheek, when it was Justin's turn he said " Kylie, when I first met you I kind of knew you didn't like me, and I'm still aware of that but..." He said as he bent on his knee, just then Bethany yelled " You're going to marry her?!" He just chuckled and said " No! Kylie would you accept this promise ring and these flowers and will you give me the honor to be your boyfriend?" He just starred at me and smiled slightly. I was getting really nervous, but Justin has showed me that he's not a bad guy, I began to see him as a bestfriend, he really proved to me that he's worth it. So I decided to give it a try, so I just smiled and nodded. Everyone started cheering for us while me and Justin laughed since it seemed like we were about to get married. " Kylie, the promise ring and the flowers are not my present to you, I wanted to ask you to be my girlfriend before this day, but I wanted it to be special and yeah, i bought you an electric guitar as a present" Just when he said that Ryan handed me a hard case, I opened it and I found an Epiphone Les Paul Custom Pro Silver Burst and Chaz handed me a Marshall Amplifier . I smiled and attacked Justin with a hug and kissed his cheek.
~1 hour later~
When the party was over I decided to stay at Justin's house and help him clean up then chill with him. When we finished cleaning, it was already 1 in the morning, I wasn't tired at all, neither was Justin. We watched ' The Notebook ' together and at the end of the movie, we were staring into each other's eyes as we both started leaning in. Suddenly, a flash went off, Chaz and Ryan of course. " Ryan! Chaz ! Fuck off! What are you doing here" Justin shouted at them. They didn't reply and laughed their asses off. Justin lead them out and locked the door. I just giggled, " Ky?" He said " yeah Justin " i replied "who's your date to prom?" He asked, i looked at him confused " no one yet ", " okay then I'm your date" i chuckled at him and said " girls will be all over you", " I don't mind as long as I'm with you" He said and I smiled slightly. " Justin thank you so much, but I really need to get going " i said " Kylie no, it's really late, sleep with me" i gave him a what the fuck look and he just said " no! not like that, i mean sleep here i have plenty of empty rooms ", I giggled and replied " okay " he lead me into a room with a king size bed, and a closet. He then opened the closet and gave me some pink shorts and a white tank top " I keep clothes in every room" i nodded and went to the bathroom to change, then texted my dad saying that I'm sleeping over at my 'friend's' house, after that, i went to bed. I just laid in bed staring at the ceiling, I couldn't sleep at all, I went to Justin's room and laid next to him, " Ky?" He asked " I couldn't sleep there, so I came to sleep next to you, but we won't do anything" He smiled and nodded, I came closer to him and we cuddled until each one drifted in sleep.
