Prologue

Inside the bustling Mahila Police Thana, Inspector Haseena Malik and Amer were deeply conversing, meticulously discussing their latest case. Files lay scattered across the table, their minds laser-focused—until Amer's phone buzzed.

The name "Dr. Maya" flashed on the screen. Amer picked up the call, his brows knitting in concern, but his expression flipped like a switch in the blink of an eye. A grin spread across his face, eyes twinkling like a kid who just got the best gift ever.

Amer (excited): "Sach mein?!"

Her fiery eyes could melt steel. "Thoda control mein raho, Amer! Tumhara saath aur yeh uchatne ka tareeka, dono musibat ban rahe hain!"

Amer (grinning sheepishly): "Arre, sorry, sorry!"

Haseena (arms folded): "Ab yeh bhi batao—kyun udate phir rahe ho? Ya bas mujhe pareshan karna tha?"

Amer, still grinning like a man who'd cracked the biggest case of his life, couldn't hold back any longer. "Arre! Maine pehle hi report diya tha, aur Dr. Maya ne bola ki confirm hai!"

Haseena (blinking, stunned): "Kya confirm hai?! Yeh kya bakwaas hai, Amer?"

Amer (grinning ear to ear): "Haseena... hum mom-dad banne wale hain!"

Haseena shook her head, exasperated. "Mujhe pata tha tumhare saath case discuss karna risk hai... par itna bada twist toh nahi socha tha!"
