-2 Weeks after the 'Fall of Vale'-
It's been two weeks since New nusian forces occupied the city, during that time the Nusians have been improving Infrastructure for the Population and Military Operations, their first act has to introduce a free fanaus enviroment which was met with support from Fanaus around the world, along with this the Police force has been undergoing a 'Shift' in terms of structure to focus on Actually doing it's job, other then asking useless questions for the entire day, this was met with popular support as the Police was corrupt(Most of them) and in need of new equipment, which the New nusians gladly hand out their Old Guesan sheilds and pistols to replace the Dust ones.
Speaking of Guesa metal, they're currently running out as these can only be found in Guesa back on the baseplate, which push the drive for those Hologram sheilds that the New nusians begin to deloy a week ago.
At the valean port, comercial ships still pass through eager to trade with the New nusians after Jaune, did an Open-door policy and willing to sell useless technologies that the Nusians don't need anymore, which inturn give an Economic boost.
Other then that Vale has been mostly peaceful and most of the people are already back to their usual days, other parts of the city also see improvement, the industrial zone is currently under going a major change to begin improving the working conditions as well as improving the factories to allow an increase in production of civilian goods to military.
At the Industrial zone's port, military engineers and the newly formed New nusian navy personnel are busy making two baseplate designed destoryers, this is mostly due to a few reasons but one of them is the fact that the Remnants ship builders still use boardside cannons and using a high powered railgun mounted on the turret againist them is seen as overkill for everyone in the command staff. nearby News reporters from VNN are currently interviewing a Fanaus sailor, who is gladly giving away questions about the future of the New nusian naval forces.

VNN Male reporter:"So let me get this straight, the republic is currently constructing two 'Destoryers' that will be use to safe guard vale for any grimm or pirate threats."
Fanaus sailor:"Correct, these destoryers the nusians called, are designed for anti ship warfare back on their home planet, but since the waters only threat are grimm and from what i heard they're not made out of wood so this is going to give the grimm one hell of a time, heard there's even missiles that can go under the water or something so the grimm can't hide for long."
VNN Male reporter:"I...see, that's all for Vale news network about the new nusians new naval forces i'm chirs-"
Behind him two Humans in Mixpat uniform begin chatting, their insignia is the newly formed Marine corps, these are made up of soldiers trainned for naval landing and ship guarding and the standard issue rifle of the Marines, the JS-1 (KS-1) assault rifle made by a Company from the Duchy of Cascada as their standard issue rifle in 2029, it was reliable and effective againist insurgent groups, the new nusians have stockpiles of the rifle and after being voted in as the standard issue weapon alongside the older Leeman N24 pistols and other weaponly.
Alongside this, the formation of the National guard, which is made up of volunteers from valeans will be the second line of defense againist enemy invasions, they are mostly issued with older equipment as they will not be frontline troops but rather a reserve and self defense force, they are mostly armed with N2A2's (Bolters), N1 ETD (M1 grands | i just make this name up because there's no lore for the M1 grand) and wearing M81 forest patten uniforms, their vehicles consist of antiquated vehicles left in new nusian storage before being teleported
Meanwhile jaune is in the captial diligently doing paper work when a hologram of a Fanaus officer appears.
Fanaus Officer:"Operation Fanaus is ready, sir. We need her then we're ready."
Jaune knows who's he's talking about, of course it's blake, with a few more days before the operation codenamed Fanaus begins.
The plan is to Negotiate with Menagerie and to form the Menagerie republic with this is also the formation of a military alliance. it will be easy considering New nusia is the only kingdom/Nation on this planet who doesn't discriminate againist their kind and allows everyone into any rank, if they show promise of course.
Jaune sigh before leaning back in his chair, he really really have alot of things he have to do from Military to economy, he just finished reforming the Law system to fit it in a much fairer manner a few people will be angry about it but it'll work.
Jaune:"Grab her." He coldly replied before standing up and looks at the picture of JNPR team next to them is a group of Nusian soldiers next to a Railgun tank in the center of the picture is a 20 year old Jaune arc smiling with a N2A2 Bolter on his hands.
-Meanwhile-
Team RWBY and (J)NPR walk through the Academy while it was their normal route everything is different after new nusia have set up shop, around them students and soldiers alike walk pass them, either rushing to their classes or just going to, it's been two weeks since what most valeans call 'The Beginning of a golden era' thankfully Jaune didn't take Patch yet but it won't be long.
Blake:"They're everywhere, each street in Vale there's atless 20 of Jaune's men guarding it alongside armoured vehicles, i heard that Jaune formed this 'National guard' and people are signning up in droves."
Ren:"From what i heard the National guard is a branch of the New nusian arm forces, they're mainly last line soldiers, heard they're using 50-30 Year old equipment, even one of their standard issue rifle is 100 years old."
This suprise everyone as they didn't expect jaune to give them an 100 year old rifle but from what they seen during the crackdown on White fang and anti Fanaus terrorist by Police armed with the same rifle Ren mentioned, which is effective againist people with aura but has 8 Rounds and has an infamous for the users thumb to get stuck in the Bolt of the weapon.
They were suddenly stopped by a newly squad of nusians decked out in Mixpat uniform and with the insignia of the 1st New nusian Infantry divison which insigna;have an Arc Sheild at the front, with two swords at the back. in the center of the sheild is their Motto.
The lead one wearing a mixpat patrol cap walks up to them, eyeing Blake with a cold stare.
New nusian officer:"Are you Blake Belladonna by any chance?"
Blake:"Yes why?" Raising an eyebrow, since she know's she has no value for the state of things....Unless
The officer did a friendly smile before standing aside for Team SSSN to arrive escorted by Nusian soldiers.
New nusian officer: Knight's orders, We're heading to Menagerie for a Diplomatic mission. And yes you're team can also come as well, consider yourself lucky. Knight or as you know him as 'Jaune Arc' allowed this operation.
RWBY exchange a look of confusion before Blake nods to the request. The officer, pleased with the result, gesture his men to escort them to the hangar where the staging ground is taking place. RWBY follows but Weiss had a feeling that it won't end well.
