Yn and Innho was walking on the college field and having ice-cream and suddenly her phone started to ringing and was Taehyung's PA.
She received the call and after hearing the information she was standing like statue with a shock face. And then she said to wait she will be there soon. She hanged up the call and started to running to the gate to leave.

Innho: Yn?  What happened?  Is everything okey?  Why are you-

Yn didn’t listen to Innho and left.
Taehyung is in Hospital. He fainted out of chest pain. Doctor said he got a (ACS heart attack).

Yn reached that hospital as soon as she could. And saw that Taehyung is already in the operation room.
She become restless. She was walking here to there and got tensed up.

Yn pov-
Ohh god!  I should have go home instead of staying mom's place. If l was there with him I could take care of him. And what with him!  He never even takes care of himself, he could call me or tell anyone that he is not feeling okey! 
At least doctor took him in OT. He needed it but why he never cares about it!

When operation ended Yn went to Dr.Kyn's office room to talk about Taehyung's conditions. And there wasn’t any good news.

Dr.Kyn : Ms.Kim it’s a relief that he is okey for now. But there is no good news.

Yn: you mean? You said he will be okey after the operation didn’t you?

Dr.kyn : you know It's a sensitive point. He should have get the operation long time ago. I told you It's going worse day by day.

Yn : now what's the matter? 

Dr.kyn : he was in a terrible stage. We did the operation but it didn’t go well.

Yn : huh? You are saying this to me now?  What kind of doctor you are?
If you told me this before I would took him to another hospital so they could done it well!

Dr.kyn : Ms.Kim try to understand It’s not our fault. His condition wasn’t well so we could do nothing.

Yn : (took a deep breath) now what will happen to him?

Dr.Kyn: don’t worry. He is fine now but the problem isn’t gone yet so he have to come on a check up evey month and don't let him overwork.

Yn: I understood. I will look after of it.

Dr.kyn : okey and he need bed rest for somedays.

When Taehyung was in Hospital only Jimin And Yn had to handle all works of his office becauae Taehyung need fully rest.
even after all this when Mr.Kim came to office started grumble about Taehyung why he doesn’t come to office.
Yn lost her patience and stood up infront of Mr.Kim when he was shouting for Taehyung's absence. Jimin tried to stop her but this time she became so angry.

Yn : Mr.Kim,  Will you go to the grave with the office after even you die?

All the co-workers and staffs was looking at them.

Mr.Kim : Yn! What are you saying? Don’t you know to respect?  I am your Superior!

Yn : and Mr.Kim don't you know to respect the juniors?  Taehyung was in the Hospital for weeks and doctors said his condition is critical and you are still angry on his absence in office? What kind of Father you are?

Mr.Kim : Yn!  Don’t tell me what to do! Don't forget you are just temporary here!

Yn : huh!(rolled eyes) I don’t care if I am temporary or permanent but right now I am the CEO's Wife and you have to mind your language with me!

Everyone got shocked when Yn was speaking so straight to Mr.Kim. Before this no one talked back to Mr.Kim and not even Taehyung but Now Yn saying those which are actually truth and logical.
When Mr.Kim saw everyone co-workers, staffs are surrounded them and watching him getting  insulted he Didn't speak much and left

Jimin : Yn.. What you did!

Jk: bro J don’t know what's next but she did the right.

Jimin: Yn please calm down. You don’t know what he is going to do!  He is so dangerous... Why did you spoke so much.

Yn : Whatever I did was right! I Don't give a sh!t what he is gonna do.

Yn left to work again and Jk managed everyone for not talking about these and go to work as before.

Mr.Kim Didn't go to Taehyung's office room. He went Jk's office room and sat on the couch. Kwan also went with him. As Jk went to mannage the outside there was only Mr.Kim and Kwan was there.

Kwan : Sir, I am speechless. That little woman spoke these to you? Like this?
Should I finish her?

Mr.Kim : No. Calm down. I don’t play like a impatient or stupid. She have to die in the hands of whom she is trusting so much.(evil laugh)

Kwan : But sir, Taehyung Won't do it ever. He is in love with her.

Mr.Kim : Love?  Huh? There is no love or no feelings for us. He is my son and he have to do what I say to him.

Kwan : So she will be same as Taehyung's mother.

Mr.Kim : Yeah!  I am just waiting for Taehyung to get well. And then she will see! (Evil laughs)
