"Motherrrrr! I'm off! I shall return late this evening!"

"Oh?" Mrs. Intelli inquired as she hovered towards the front door of her home. Bent over at the waist near the door was her daughter lacing a pair of white sneakers onto her feet, returning to an upright position and  adjusting the thin black bag on her torso. "And where are we heading off to this afternoon?"

"I've arranged for Midoriya and I to join each other at an establishment that I've set for a casual dinner." The daughter answered. Dressed in a light pink sweater with light blue jeans the second year adjusted a pink plaid beret over her head to ensure it sat pretty and proper. "What with the continous days of his presence here on the Estate to assist in testing out the numerous prototypes we've been sent I suppose a proper reward is due just about now. I doubt even an All Might enthusiast such as he would be satisfied with nothing but constant merchandise so, I've arranged dinner."

"Ahhhh, I see." Mrs. Intelli smiled. "That's very lovely of you Saiko, truly something a dear friend would think to plot as a proper way of expressing gratitude."

"HMPH! As if I'm doing this for the sake of this, abysmal, friendship of ours. Midoriya is nothing more than a simple guinea pig and thus as the caretaker of this guinea pig I'm feeding it. Hm-hm, otherwise consider myself cruel to animals and on my honor as an Intelli, I shall never be."

"Well for somebody who you seem to view as a guinea pig you seem to enjoy their company very much so than if they were an ordinary pet. Dare I say you two even appear to be as close friends."

"Close FRIENDS?" Intelli scoffed as her mother chuckled. "Please Mother, spare the flat jokes for Father and his incessant pranks. Midoriya and I are nothing similar to being close friends with each other."

"But you are friends, yes?"

"I, suppose. If you refer to the simplest generalized term that is."

"So then, why do you shy away from referring to him as such? There's nothing wrong with calling him your friend he's a lovely young man. Kind, willing to help, well-mannered. Don't tell me your bitter pettiness of U.A and his relation to it is what bars you from that."

"And so what? He's my acquaintance not yours what importance does it matter to you how I choose to address those around me?"

"My my, very defensive. May I make the further assumption that you might even hold passionate feelings for him?"

"MOTHER!"

Mrs. Intelli laughed. "Apologies Saiko, I haven't had this opportunity to tease somebody about a boy since Chiyo fell in love with that student from Ketsubutsu that we met during our Licensing Exam. Believe it or not even somebody as strict as she crumbled under the pressure of a handsome young man."

"I find that quite hard to believe." The second year replied. "She's more rigid than a steel beam."

"Your aunt wasn't always the strict and demanding teacher that she is now. I see so much of our youth reflecting against the mirror that is you my dear."

"Hmph."

"Though I do ask why didn't you propose the idea of bringing Midoriya over here for dinner? Certainly it would have been a lot easier and more convenient for you."

"HA! PLEASE." The daughter guffawed. "As if I would even dare to have a guest over for dinner at the same table where my father sits at. I'd look down to the food in front of me and before I know it he's attempting to start a food fight, sometimes I sincerely find it difficult to accept I share any sort of DNA with him. Speaking of which where is Father? I haven't seen him since I've returned from school today."
