JUST ANOTHER DAY
The next morning, when Angel woke up, a bell rang. It was loud but it was far, Angel sat up rubbing his eyes trying to recall anything that he could remember from the night his parents died. He doesn't understand why this is happening every time once a month it's like his memory disappears, and the night his parents die of course it happens to start then, the ringing grows louder and begins to hurt his eras. Angel groans throwing the heavy blanket to the side and walking toward the door, he jumps back and sees Mavros the butler already standing at his door with a bell.
"Could you not ring that bell any louder?" Angel said leaning against the doorframe
"I apologize for the noise but it is time for breakfast Angel," Mavros said but Angel caught him looking him up and down.
Angel felt a bit offended what the hell did he do to him, nodding his head and telling Mavros that he would be down in a bit. He shut the door and sat down on the bed, Mavros gave him an off feeling there was no way someone could be that pale and walk around find, maybe he needed some sun.
That was another thing that caught Angel's attention, when they first arrived here they lived on top of a mountain but only clouds surrounded the house no sun peaks though and they were always so gloomy.
He got up and left the room walking down the hallway and the stairs, Angel realized that he didn't know where the dining room was so he looked to the right then the left, and decided to go left. He found both Odin and Concordia sitting at the table both hadn't touched their food probably waiting on him.
"Good morning," Angel said a bit awkwardly sitting down in a chair next to Odin.
"Good morin' sweetheart how are you I hope you slept well," Concordia said with a smile.
"I hope you like the breakfast, we didn't know what you liked so we had to guess." The older man said to his grandson
On the breakfast plate were eggs, bacon, sausage, and jam toast. Basic breakfast if you ask Angel, he's never been the one to complain about food unless it had any kind of vegetables. He thanked them for the food and ate he was good, he didn't really like to eat in the morning but then again when did he ever eat?
After breakfast he went to his room to get ready for the day, that's how it always was for him ever back at home. Angel slid down the shower wall as the water hit his head, bringing his knees up to his chest. Did it always have to be this way, he was never happy at home, can he be happy here? What if there was no such thing as happiness in his life, was he truly happy before his mom did what she did? Was the love from his mom fake or What?
There are many questions that he wishes had answers to, but did he want the answer? Grief looks different to everyone he's been told this so many times but what he's feeling is grief or is it anger or maybe this is his happiness?
