Chapter 3, Part 1: The Dangerous Balance

Three months had passed since Fırat's death. There had been a great development in Savaş's business, trade lines had been strengthened again, and the balance in the underworld had turned in his favor. During this time, Savaş had consolidated his power even more and taken complete control. A large shipment was now being planned, and those who would manage this shipment were Aras and Can.

Savaş was sitting at the head of the table, looking at Aras and Can who were standing across from him. His eyes did not hesitate for a moment, but the tension in the room was noticeable. The conflict between Aras and Can had grown even more in the last few months. In particular, their mutual interest in Lara had complicated the situation even more."This shipment is very important," Savaş said in a serious tone. Can's pressure on her was growing every day, and this pressure was pushing her deeper into loneliness.Aras and Asya: Slowly Getting CloserIn the meantime, Aras was trying to distance himself from all this chaos with Lara. While he was trying to suppress the conflict inside him, something else had begun to appear in his life: Asya. Aras had been spending more time with Asya lately, and their flirting was getting more intense. Aras felt comfortable around Asya. Asya also felt a genuine interest in Aras, and tried to get close to him at every opportunity.One evening, Asya and Aras were sitting alone in a café. Their conversation was slowly getting deeper, and the attraction towards each other was becoming more apparent every day."Spending time with you makes you forget everything," Aras said with a slight smile.Asya blushed slightly at these words. "Maybe we should spend more time with you," he said in a sarcastic tone.Aras felt that this flirtation was about to turn into something deeper. Aras enjoyed the time he spent with Asya, but the relief he felt inside did not come from a real attraction. Being together with Asya was good for him; he could get away from the chaos a little with her. However, Aras also knew that he did not feel any deep interest in Asya. For him, Asya was an escape that relieved the emotional chaos he was in.Asya, on the other hand, was not aware of the situation or refused to be aware. She had a real interest in Aras and wanted to establish a deeper bond with him. However, this relationship was also awakening another feeling inside Asya: a growing jealousy towards Lara. She could feel the tension between Lara and Aras, and it was starting to bother her. Asya had started to see Lara as a rival and she realized that this feeling was slowly bringing her closer to the point of hostility with Lara.One day, when Asya and Lara met by chance, the tension between them became even more obvious. Asya approached Lara with a sarcastic smile."Aras and I are having a good time," Asya said in a sarcastic tone. "I think I'm good for him."Lara paused for a moment at these words, but she held herself together and tried to maintain her composure. There was a rising anger inside her against Asya's mocking attitude. Aras spending time with Asya had become an issue that was eating away at Lara's insides. But Lara had to keep her emotions under control."I'm glad you had a good time," Lara said with a slight smile. "I hope he doesn't mislead you."The mocking expression on Asya's face faded and the jealousy inside her grew even more. Lara's calm and confident stance towards her had made Asya even angrier. She no longer only wanted a relationship with Aras, but she was also preparing for a war inside to defeat Lara.
