We all froze and hid behind the wall. We were safe from the blast, but barely. Fear struck my body as pained grunts of heroes sounded behind us. I held the sleeve of Todoroki's shirt. My knuckles turned white from how I hard I was gripping it.
"Damm it." A familiar voice coughed out, "The hell?"
"My apologies, Bakugo." A man spoke up. I listened to his heavy breathing.
"Huh?" He panted. The league of villains sounded in the background. I turned around and stared out a hole in the wall.
"Bakugo..." I muttered, staring at my classmates back. I measured the distance between us and the villains.
"All Might..." I looked toward the sky. A few moments later, All Might threw a punch at the scary man.
"I'll have you return my student, All For One!" A big gust of wind blew around the two men.
"Have you come to kill me a second time, All Might?" The beef between them was absolutely crazy. If I wasn't shivering in my timbers, I'd think this is an enemies to lovers trope.
The wind knocked back the villains, including Bakugo. The pressure from the sudden gust picked up lots of dust, making me cough badly. My classmates around me grunted, trying to stay standing.
"No. There's too many of them!" Midoriya grunted. I closed my eyes, finding all of the heartbeats in the area, making sure Bakugo was still alive. I held in my laughter as the older men threw insults at each other.
They engaged in a fight. The villain threw All Might back into multiple buildings. All Might flew into the air, flying straight to the villain. Another gust of wind blew through the air. The league was planning to nab Bakugo and take him somewhere else. Bakugo dodged their attacks, not going anywhere without a fight. All Might couldn't even help him because he was distracted with the big boss.
I glanced at Midoriya. The gears in his head turning. He was coming up with a plan. I looked at the same thing he was. Suddenly, he turned toward us.
"Iida, listen." He spoke up.
"You can't fight. I won't let you." The blue haired boy held onto his friend tightly.
"No, I think there's another way! A way that won't involve any combat. That'll let us escape with him. Come on, we can't still get Kacchan back!" Midoriya argued. I smirked, wiping sweat off of my forehead.
"I'm in." I said, letting go of Todoroki.
"Tell us your plan." Todoroki said.
"The thing is, it's all going to depend on him." The green haired boy sighed. I placed my hand on his shoulder. He nodded and began to tell us his plan.
I got onto Kirishima's back as Iida and Midoriya got on either side of the red-haired boy. Kirishima used his quirk, and we blasted through the wall that divided us from the fight. Todoroki created a giant slab of ideas as high as he could. We flew up the ice and into the air.
"Come on!" I used my quirk to enhance my voice, making it a lot louder than a normal human is capable of. Kirishima held his hand out as Bakugo let out a loud yell. He used his quirk to blast himself into the air. Kirishima grabbed his friend's hand, holding onto him tightly as they flew through the air.
"You idiots!" The ashe blonde smirked. If it weren't for the adrenaline coursing through my veins, I might've started crying right then and there.
"Bakugo. On my mark, you give us a giant-" Iida started.
"Don't tell me what to do, damn you!" He snarled. I did not miss that about him.
"It's not the time to fight, you guys!" Kirishima said. One of the villains shot the marble guy at us. But before he could reach us, Mt. Lady became giant again and blocked him with her face. She began to fall as he smacked her right in the face.
"Ouch..." I muttered. I just knew that has to hurt like hell.
"The rescues priority. Go home, you dumb kids." She crashed on the ground, shaking the area. She just earned herself some mad respect from me.
Once we hit the ground, I flew off of Kirishima. Tumbled onto the ground, groaning. So much for a graceful landing.
"Aizawa! Are you okay?" Midoriya helped me up. I gave him a weak thumbs up.
"I'm alright." I stood up, dusting myself off. My dress ripped, giving it a slit. I sighed. Yaomomo paid for this, and I already ruined it.
"Umm... Aizawa, where are your heels?" Kirishima asked. I looked down to see that my shoes went missing. He furrowed my eyebrows.
"What the fuck?" He looked over to the battle field to see my heels, laying on the ground. "There they are."
"We have to get going!" Iida hurried us.
"But-"
"Let's fucking go!" Bakugo grabbed me, running with the others. I yelped as he flung me over his shoulder. I sighed, and he carried me out of the combat zone
"Yeah, how about you guys?" Midoriya picked up his phone. Todoroki had called them after they found their way into the middle of a crowd. I readjusted myself in Bakugo's arms, facing forward with my arms around my nec ,k. It was kinda awakward. I wished I still had shoes on. I zoned out, watching the news on the giant screen attached to a building.
"A rescue!? That's not what happened back there. You idiots just happened to be my best escape route." Bakugo grumbled, snapping me out of my daze. I sighed.
"You're welcome!" Kirishima gave him a thumbs up.
"I had to get out of there, so All Might couldn't destroy that guy." The ashe blonde growled. Everyone on the street stared at the live feed of the fight. It was impossible to look away. My heart ached for the number one hero. Even from the bad quality of the feed, I could see the anger on his face. He loathed the villain.
Everyone watched in fear as the two fought. Our teacher was so beat up. His costume was even ripped up. I gasped as All Might showed off his true form. I winced at the crowd's comments.
"Beat this guy..." Bakugo muttered. Everyone cheered for All Might.
"Beat him!" Bakugo shouted.
"Come on, All Might!" Midoriya and Bakugo shouted in unison. In my head, I prayed for the safety of the family friend. All Might continued to fight even though All Might was going beyond what he could handle. Other heroes aided All Might, holding off the evil man.
"All Might!" Everyone shouted. A shiver went down my spine as the villain blasted the heroes away from him. I gripped onto Bakugo's shirt tightly. My eyes widened as their fists collided. Neither of them gave up.
"UNITED STATES OF SMASH!" All Might shouted, driving the villain into the ground defeating him. All Might lifted his fist into the air, activating his quirk. The crowd erupted into cheers, some people crying.
"All Might!" The crowd chanted. I sniffled, wiping a single tear away. The sun began to rise as heroes rescued the remaining people at the scene.
"Now, it's your turn." All Might pinned at the screen. To others, it seemed like it was for people. A warning for villains. But in reality, it meant it was Midoriya's turn. His turn to be a hero. I stared at the screen.
All Might, I'm glad you're safe.
