Putting the Team Together

The next location was at RAF Northolt. A 21 year old lady named Alice was putting the finishing touches on the windshield of her De Havilland Vampire which she nicknamed Dinah. She had joined the RAF because her parents and older sister were almost killed during the Blitz over London. Although their home was severely damaged, Alice didn't feel fear so much as anger and determination to make the Nazi apes pay for this transgression. She scrubbed the front of the windshield one more time and through the reflection saw Jasmine walking closer with George Darling in the back. "What's happening Jasmine?" "Long story short, Alice. Someone's in trouble and we need a pilot to get to our destination." "Well, I'm more than willing to help out! Where are we flying towards?" George Darling intercepted the conversation. "That will be made clear when the team is put together. Now, we must be off to the demo range!"
At the Pontrilas Training Area, a 21 year old Greek girl was carefully putting an explosive pack near an old dilapidated building on the range to demonstrate to a few rookies the proper way to handle explosives. Megara or Meg as she preferred, had escaped her home country when the Nazi apes illegally invaded and got her first taste of victory slowing them down near her hometown of Thebes. She carefully pushed down on the plunger and a massive explosion followed. When the range was clear, the audience applauded especially George Darling. Meg was a bit surprised seeing the other two ladies near him, and wondered what the big deal was. She was only briefed on what she needed to do. "I can put together an explosive blindfolded so you can expect me to get the job done no problem." "That's what I want to hear!" George boasted proudly. "Devotion to duty. Now then before we head off, we must make a stop at a nearby hospital. We need someone who is trained in medicine."
