"𝙼𝚈 𝙽𝙾𝚂𝙴 𝙷𝚄𝚁𝚃𝚂 𝙽𝙰𝙽𝙶𝙰. I can't bweath pwoperly and it's heavy. And-and, Makazi gave me yucky medicine that tastes like Dada's drink!" Nova croaks out, coughing shortly. She has her iPad insanely close to her forehead whilst simultaneously looking into the front camera. I need to have a serious talk with Sakhile. He probably left some strong liquor around Nova forgetting that she and Ahluma are two Nosey Parkers. We once caught them gorging down on edibles they had found in Sakhile's apartment. They had thee most insane paranoia, crying and shit. Let's just say it's a miracle that Sakhi and I aren't convicted for negligence.

"Oh pumpkin...Guess what, it's Friday! Meaninggg...Ahluma is also coming home early. Don't you want to spend time with him, Makazi, and Baba?" I suggest.
Sakhi and I desperately need adult playtime since our schedules clash, my rose toy is probably sick of me. If I'm not at the studio, he's designing stuff, flying out for fashion shows, and investing in his craft. I mean, I'm all for us working, but I'm not trying to be Rorisang Thandekiso. When I need my fix of dick, I need my man to have me sorted.

Thankfully, Ayize offered to babysit our little humans for the weekend, claiming it was good practice for her pending baby. Especially now that Nova caught the flu. Since Nova's maternal grandmother is one bitter ass woman, Mama Nahla always has to intervene whenever it comes to us wanting to spend time with Nova.

"Uhkay! I also want to go to big school like Ahluma. Why does he get to go but I don't?" She frowns, resembling my problematic man. She then cups her lips. "I don't want to tell Baba and Makazi, but I don't like Benty and Cash. They're always so yucky and they like licking me. Ahluma said they'll give me rabies," she then trails off, speaking about a completely different topic. I swear, one would swear that Nova is mine. I see more and more symptoms of my ADHD in her which I expected from Ahluma.

"First of all, you won't get rabies. Secondly, you're still a baby, Nanga's baby. You'll go to big school next year," I jest, poking my bottom lip out. Instantly, she laughs a hearty laughter, sounding adorable as always.

"Uh, Nanga? Makho, was asking about you and Dada yesterday," she stealthily mentions with a sly expression.

Thixo!

Well, the Makho in question is Makgotso, Sakhile's co-parent. She'd followed me on most of my social media platforms about a month ago. Very weird I must say. According to Sakhile, she's just like that. Proud and intrusive.

"Hmm. Nanga needs to go, I love you Fashion Nova." Swiftly, I dismiss the thorny topic.

"I love you too, more than pizza!" she yells in her cute seraphic voice. "Yes Makazi!" she yells before hanging up. Unfortunately or fortunately Makazi stuck with her since she'd hear Ahluma refer to Ayize as Makazi.

Curving off the road, I resume my journey. I drive slowly along the green, bumpy track beneath the trees. Approximately ten minutes later, I bring my car to a halt at the edge of the clearing and stare at the strange establishment.
