Types of Central Lubrication Pumps

GP203 Lubrication Pump

The GP203 is a high pressure plunger pump with up to three plunger pairs and is designed to lubricate up to 150 points by combining the features of a progressive and multi-point lubrication system.

GT PLUS Progressive Lubrication Pump

The GT pump is a piston pump designed to function optimally with up to five pumping units. Its design is especially compatible with progressive or single-line systems.

C-FLOW Single Line Lubrication Pump

The C-FLOW Compact Electric Lubrication Pump is a plunger pump characterized by a rugged, durable pump body, high displacement, and small size for easy installation.

ZPU

Primarily utilized in dual-line systems or as supply pumps, the ZP08/14/24 pumps operate at a maximum pressure of 400 bar (5 800 psi).

ZP01/02 Lubrication Pump

The ZP01/02 pumps, known for their high-pressure and high-volume capabilities, can function as supply pump units for small to midsize dual-line systems or progressive systems.

GP212 Progressive Lubrication Pump

The GP-212 delivers a substantial amount of grease through up to 12 pump head units. Its modular design offers cost-effectiveness, simplicity in installation and maintenance, and removes the requirement for tubing to merge two or more pump elements.

PMV Chain Lubrication Pump

The PMV is a multi-point piston pump, driven by a cam system and engineered to supply multiple independent lines, with a maximum capacity of 12 outlets. Known for its durability and dependability, it is especially appropriate for lubrication systems situated in challenging environments.

GT PLUS ROD PUMP

GT PLUS ROD PUMP is a piston pump, predisposed to operate with a maximum of five pumping units,Its design is particularly suitable for progressive systems.

GM Progressive Lubrication Pump

The GM piston pump is designed to efficiently operate with up to five pumping units. Its design is particularly well-suited for progressive systems or single-line systems, allowing for five independent lines to be lubricated simultaneously.

GTS Single Line Lubrication Pump

The GTS pump, designed specifically for single-line systems, is a piston pump that can operate with up to one pumping unit.

GMS Single Line Lubrication Pump

Featuring a compact and lightweight design, GMS can transport thin oil and grease. Made from special materials, it boasts exceptional shock resistance. The pump's unique design allows for easy oil level monitoring.

GT-Max Single Line Lubrication Pump

The GT-MAX AUTOMATIC PUMP, an ideal pump for small and medium grease applications, is a product of CISO's. It can be utilized in a single line centralized lubrication pump which operates at 10MPa and 10ml/min.

PMN Chain Lubrication Pump

The PMN lubrication system, composed of a 4 or 7 litre reservoir with a suction filter, metering components, and brushes, allows for the adjustment of each lubrication point by modifying the metering parts. The volume can be preset, and the system's total oil output can also be adjusted by the stroke of the PMN plunger motion.

Design And Advanced Solutions of Lubrication Electric Grease Pumps

Oil and grease

Multiple grease filling ways

Powerful centralized grease lubrication system

CE Certification

Design patent

With special materials, to achieve excellent anti-shock ability

Special design of pump make it easy to observe the oil level and prevent oil deterioration. With low liquid level alarm, flashing buzzer. Also can choose the type of output

Maintenance of Lubrication Pumps

Impermeability of the system and the container fill level must be checked at regular intervals. A fault occurs if the circulation control has not responded within the monitoring time.

Reasons:

a) Container or barrel empty.

b) Pump not ventilated or defective.

c) System blocks at high pump pressure.

Lubrication line closed

Lubrication point or its channel closed

Outlet on the progressive distributor closed

Unauthorised

Piston in the progressive distributor fits tightly (bracing, contamination)

Channel within the progressive distributor closed due to contamination.
