A MYSTERIOUS DEATH

CHAP 1: WHO'S THE KILLER

Blood everywhere on the tables, the carpet and the curtains. Lisa Massimo a little girl about 6 years old just got killed. The forensic pathologist said that the girl was stabbed three times with a 10 inches knife. Some people has assumed that she was killed by her mother. In the morning Ballavard arrived on the crime scene.

As soon as she entered the place she heard the girls gossiping with her partner Olivier Gonzalez

- Well what a tragic death for a little girl. Said James with a sad voice.

- It sure is. What know what I heard? Apparently it's her mother who killed her. Said Elizabeth Wide, a new transferred from New York. Since she's been in the squadra of Rome elite police force she's been telling a lot rumors. She was indeed intelligent but her love for gossip really was a pain in the ass.

- Don't jump on conclusion too fast. Said Ballavard with an irritating voice. James come here for a second could you.

- Sure~ he replied. Sorry girls I gotta go see, you later. He said with irony. What's wrong?

- The forensic says that the body was stabbed about 10 times. 3 times on the chest and 8 times on the back.

- Oh... Who could do such thing. He replied his voice was cracking a little.

- Hey, is everything ok *Rubbing his back*

- Y-yeah, everything ok don't worry.

-Ok then.

Her phone starts ringing, it was Antonio Smith, very old friend of Ballavard. He's like a brother to her. Recently he was out for a mission In the United States. For Olivier he was an arrogant person who loves to compete with him. It was very obvious that he didn't like him, but because Antonio was important for Ballavard he never tried to argue with him.

-{ Hello Rossa, where are you?}

-{ Why are you asking? }

-{ Oh! You'll be happy to know that am back! I was wondering if we could meet to talk a little.}

- { What really!? Of course I would love to. When can we meet?}

James was really curious of who could this be.

- Ballavard who are you talking to? He asked

-{ Is that Olivier? I bet that he is still a crybaby like always but let's not focus on him he's a waste of time let's meet at the your favourite coffee shop .}

-{ Please don't say that he's a really good cop and for the coffee let's meet this evening ok?}

After the call Ballavard told James that Antonio was back and that she going at the coffee shop tonight. He didn't really like it but he can't say anything. They then drove back to the police station to investigate on the crime. When they entered tb wehe office Juliana Perez was waiting for them with a lot of documents in her hand.

Juliana is an intern from France. She was very intelligent and like to help others. She is a very beautiful.

- Hi guys, I was waiting for you. Look I managed to get some documents on the little girl's mother. * Smiling while holding the documents *

- Oh wow, thanks Ride. Said James.

- T-thanks. * Blushing a little*

- Yeah thank you, you will be a good agent. Said Ballavard.

- I'll be leaving now have a good investigation. * Walks out the office*

They opened the document and started to reading. Sarah Massimo Iis the name of the little girl. She is a single mother since her husband dead 10 years ago. She is working as a janitor in a prestigious school called
'La Santa Maria' before working in this school she was working in a restaurant called ' La Dolce' and was fired because of an incident with a client.

Apparently her parents live on the west of Rome, about 2 hours of ride. Well, she is something.

- Tomorrow we are going to visit her. Ballavard exclaim.

- Uh- Where. To the Massimo's !?
