I Never Knew

Chapter 3

I wake up in the middle of the night and rub my eyes. I start calling her again. I need to be prepared because if I am not, who knows what will happen to me.

Ring Ring.

She answers.

"Hello?" I hear on the phone softly.

"I am going to be in the lunch bathroom when I do it. I expect you to be nearby."

"Yes, very well. Thank you for letting me know. I got your supplies today, so don't  think I have not done it. You know me, Sakura Chan, I could never let you down." I hear on the phone.

"Thank you. You are truly the best."

"Hehe, thank you." She giggles.

I end the call and start charging my phone. I slowly put my head on my pillow and rest there for a few seconds until I finally fall asleep.

I wake up the next morning feeling good. I can't wait to see the look on her face when she realizes that she has messed up. I do my usual things and sit at the table.

"Well, good morning to you." Mom says.

"Good morning, mom!" I say cheerfully.

"You seem in a good mood. Is it because of a boy?" She chuckles.

"Seriously?"

"I know. I was at that age, too."

"Whatever." I say my face a little red, and because of that, I look down at my food.

After I am done, I grab my lunchbox from the counter and start walking like usual to school. I sigh. I wonder if she will make it in time before I do it. I arrive at school.

"Hello Sakura chan!" Hinata smiles.

"Hey Hinata!" I reply.

Hinata smiles bigger, and I know why.

I grabbed her hand, and I started to walk with her toward the school, but then I was rudely interrupted by Naruto.

"SUP GUYS!"

"Oh god." I say, rolling my eyes at him.

"Hey, Naruto kun." Hinata replies softly.

"I wanted to see how you guys were doing!" Naruto says, more like yells.

"We are fine, Naruto." I snap back, trying to end this conversation fast.

Naruto looks at me long and hard. And it makes me question if he even has brain cells working right now.

"Let's go now, Hinata." I say, tugging her on her arm.

We start to walk away from Naruto, and he stays there. I walk father and turn around. And this man still stays there. Staring at air.

"WHERE DID YOU GUYS GO?!" Naruto yelled.

He is so slow....

I continue to walk with Hinata. And make it to class, then we sit in our usual spots in first period.

Next, Mrs. Uzumaki goes in front of the classroom and gives everyone a look to shut up to let her speak.

Once everyone is quiet. Mrs. Uzumaki begins to talk.
